Is the back-end stuff really that hard to do? Because the front-end to outlook sucks ass. You'd think someone would have put out something open-source and better a long time ago.
The bastardization is when they use it to mean windows computer. "PC" *does* mean "IBM-compatible." That more or less includes macs now too, but that hasn't stopped apple from releasing countless "mac vs pc" ads.
In that case, I'd like to announce that The Apple will be releasing a version of The OSX after The Leopard and that The Steve will be announcing it at The Macworld.
Oh, I'm sure it was due to lack of time. Clearly those guys know what they're doing well enough to have done the rough parts better. I wish someone would smooth it out and release a special edition or something, since it's open source and all.
Maybe they should start paying for the world. Releasing buggy software and expecting people to QA it for you FOR FREE is insane. Maybe apple, microsoft, and the rest of these asshole companies should start hiring some decent testers. You fanbois can stop whining too, or are you offering to compensate these guys for bug testing your favorite lame software?
That's funny, as a Maya "weenie" I find Blender to have a weird learning curve but seems like you can do some really nice stuff with it after taking the time to learn how it works. Also the interface actually seems to make a lot of sense in a pretty non-traditional way. I still like Maya better and think it's workflow is a lot nicer. But I'd never say you couldn't do anything decent with Blender and it's definite step up from a 3ds max.
I'll have to argue about the "Pixar quality animation" part, though. There's some seriously weak animation in Elephant's Dream (not all of it, just some) and you won't see that in a Pixar film.
I've not donated money on the condition that the recipients are not allowed to buy drugs from countries that circumvent drug patents so that my big pharma buddies could get richer. Just because you do some good while being a complete bastard doesn't mean you aren't still a complete bastard.
And the least of what I've done is recognize this, which is more than you'll ever do.
You also forgot that Florida's governor is no longer the presidents brother and since he's not up for reelection can't be bothered to buy off the idiot voters in Florida again.
Most, if not all, of his "philanthropy" (has an r in it, laddy) is aimed at propping up his and microsoft's reputation as well as protecting the pharmaceutical industry profits of his buddies, not to mention himself. Get a fucking clue. bill gates isn't a good guy, and that has nothing to do with his company's software sucking ass.
GIMP is 80-90% of the way to absolutely crushing Photoshop, but it won't ever happen because the people developing it either lack the will or just have the wrong ideas about where it should go. Too bad really.
He supports subverting public schools by providing vouchers to religious ones, too. Great speaker though, which is more than you can say for most candidates these days.
It's not a law. It's a resolution. Like when they congratulate the troops on getting shot up in Iraq or condemning the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for upholding the Constitution.

I know, that's why I've got to get the monopoly money jokes in before they over-take us! So quit ruining my fun while it lasts!
And remember folks, those prices are in Canadian dollars. So that makes those machines like 3k less than Apple in America!

Because right is wrong and war is peace. Jeez, don't you watch television?
Yeah, for real. Now maybe if it were a rotary smart phone we'd have ourselves a revolution!
Simply put, don't try to scoop The Steve.

especially given customer and consumer expectations
If the customer expectations weren't so low they might be forced to fix some of underlying problems that put so many bugs in their software.
My problem is whining apple fanbois like yourself thinking everyone owes it to the Great Blue Apple(tm) to do apple's bug fixing for them.

Since I've never watched the Sopranos how about someone add the last season to 7 Minute Sopranos so that I can see what happens.

I was using a windows desktop today. You're in for a long wait before that license talk, buddy.
I hear Soviet Russia might also be a good safe haven for innovation. Word has it that there patents innovate you.
So what you're saying is that microsoft has the most softcore gamer crowd ever, right?
They could just call it Sim City XI...
So is OSX going to be case-sensitive by default now as it should have been from the start?
