Isn't that so classic? The great fine art games, that actually have story and adventure, such as you have described, are always the hardest to find.

Speaking of that, anyone have any recommendations?

Not graphics at all. I still love some old Genesis games, which had terrible graphics by today's standards. I'm not sure if it's really patience, but many older games I feel were only fun because I was 6 years old.

I highly disagree with this statement. I have gone back and played many older games which captivated my attention while younger. Only a small percentage of them I found to still be great games, but many of them I went "Holy crap, I can't believe I liked this!". However, I will say the reason I wanted to play them again in the first place was nostalgia. The nostalgia got killed quick in many cases.

Yup, seems the games on my list are almost all older games, and the newer ones are either for the Dreamcast or are short on graphics.

That's because today's leftists are not what a leftist is supposed to be. This Page Says that liberal means "Not limited to or by established, traditional, orthodox, or authoritarian attitudes, views, or dogmas; free from bigotry." That's what liberalism and leftism should really be. It means to look ahead to new ideas and attempt to reform the old problems.

Yes, Democrats in congress piss me off too. Just like Republicans. It's been a long time since we've had any real liberalism/progressiveism in congress, and most people who label themselves as leftists are apologists for the corporate lapdog leaders.

I too think the religious smearing is wrong. I feel far too many people have failed to recognise that just because people who follow a teching don't live up it doesn't mean there's something wrong with the teaching. I'm no Christian but there's plenty of Wisdom in the Bible - and other religious books as well.

Of course, these are my opinions. They may not necessiarially be right for anyone else but me.

Try electronic artists. The guys I know aren't doing it for sex or money. They're doing it because they love writing music. I know I am. Every song I write is released for free on my website. You know why? Because music should be free. All my songs are lisenced in Creative Commons - you want to splice it up and re-release it? Go ahead. Just give me credit for the original. If people only want sex and money then they are making music for the wrong reasons. Music should come from inside you, it should mean something. It shouldn't be a tool for getting laid.

Mind you, I don't consider myself a great artist, but I know I can write music and it's enjoyable. My music is an expression of something inside me. Never once have I thought "Gee, if I write a Trance song, then Rave chicks will be all over me!"

All I want is for people to listen. I'd be overjoyed to have an audience of more than a few people. Unless somebody asks, I'm not going to charge a penny for my songs.
