Seems you got short changed on your education. Seeing as you can't get the concept of matching elements in a set. The U.S. can match the range of Canada's universities and exceed it. So while you may not be able to afford the ridiculously overpriced schools that exist here as well there's many where you can get an excellent education for a very reasonable price. What's more if you are actually impoverished pell grants are available that can cover the cost.

Combined cycle natural gas runs $53/mwh vs solar at $73/mwh of course that doesn't cover the fact you have to use something besides solar at night.
