After congressional leaders were embarrassed by their first attempt to rewrite a Reagan budget, the Democratic Congresses of the 1980s had little influence over the budget.

It is a common myth about the Reagan administration that the federal deficit was the fault of the Democratic controled Congress. As you said, in reality they had very little influence over it and for the most part each budget passed by the Congress was only 1% or 2% larger than what Reagan asked for. Reagan himself has sole responisbilty for the massive deficit of the 80's.

Inside the box was an OEM Windows XP CD, Works Suite CD, Modem Kit (cables and driver CD), a restore CD (contains all the non-modem drivers for the system) and a backup application CD (which contained Music Match and various other software). On other Dell systems I have seen shipped in the last year have also included MS Office, Roxio and PowerDVD software depending on configuration. According to John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, etc. the 2nd amendment (right to keep and bear arms) existed to keep gov't in check so a revolution wouldn't be necesary, but would be possible.

If you are waiting for the NRA lead revolution, it is never going to happen. Over the last couple of years it has been very nicely demonstrated that the government can strip away or weaken portions of the constitution and as long as they leave the 2nd amendment alone, all those people who own guns and could rise up, simply won't.
