Except he wouldn't have broken the law if he believed he was protecting himself. The beauty of the Florida stand your ground law is that it's so broad that had Martin killed Zimmerman he could have plead self defense. Except for the fact that he was black and not the son of a judge.
Florida's stand your ground law protects the instigator. That's the point of stand your ground laws. Prior to SYG the standard was that you had to try and avoid or escape situations that require deadly force. Florida's statue is so broad that believing you are preventing a felony is a good enough reason to shoot to kill.
I'm still wondering when game companies will realize that the video game market is more like the movie industry than the toy industry. With movies they have the Christmas and the Summer season but they also release big movies throughout the year especially around holidays. It would be really nice if video game companies did this because as much as I might want all the latest games I can't afford them all at the same time and if I don't pick it up while it's fresh in my mind I tend to forget about it.
Not sure if it's been answered, but it's for templates that fit above the Fn keys, I know wordperfect used a color coded template but I'm not sure what other programs might have used it.
Well in the example of slot machines in Las Vegas, there is something called the nevada gaming commision. Any time they want they can come into your casino open your slot machine pull out the random number generator and test to see if it's an approved device. If not you lose your licence. A casino is already set up to win, why would any casino risk cheating it's consumers for a slight increase in profits if the risks are so big? As for online gambling, most sites are out of country businesses, some probably do cheat and there's not a thing you can really do about it. Hell you could probably place a $5000 bet win and risk not getting a pay off.
Anyways, as much fun as gambling is, the only way to win is not to play.
Why not use the idea of a liveCD and somehow work it into a game consol. You don't have to worry about hardware support because the hardware is standard, but you get the benefit of having better versions or tweaked versions of the linux kernel for each game and an easy environment to design games in rather than specialized hardware or software that has a steep learning curve. As a sidenote this would allow you to play games from independant studios that might not have money for licencing fees or development hardware.
Actually Xerox still uses dongles on their document builder software for the DocuTech 3535. In fact xerox is pretty fanatical about copyright protection on a lot of their high end software and hardware.
I'd love to see the citation you have for this claim. Which function in human biology requires arsenic?

I was going to point out Pete but you beat me to it.

In one of the apartment buildings you could get a chainsaw in a bathroom covered in blood.

Mean Streets creeped me out the first time I heard: "They're in my head, they're in my head" coming out of my PC Speaker
