    Actually the FDIC takes money from banks to be a member. It is an actual insurance.
    Now, as for the police looking for the criminals... yes... yes it is our tax money.
    But I guess I would rather pay taxes for cops, firefighters, teachers, medical care than to have people dieing on the streets because someone broke into a house and lit it on fire because they dont know that inflammable means flammable.
    I must be a bleeding heart liberal... or someone who can critically think how things affect our society.

    You seem to think a non-functioning government is not a large issue. When governments collapse or change shape it is because one side has found a way to take large amounts of power from another (Nazi's, Iraq,USSR...). We are seeing that take shape right now. And it is because of polarization, lieing, and manipulation that it is happening. Again, much like history has shown us.

    If you dont think hate is being generated here in the USA by "news channel talk show hosts" or "radio talk show hosts", then you havent been paying attention.
    It takes generations to remove hate from a culture, but it only takes a few years to generate it.

    It could be complex formulas, or a form in Excel/Calc(Libre Ver)
    It could also be an error checking, a sorting feature, um... what else
    It could be maybe mass email lists, or some other functions like that.
    Macros are pretty useful in Excel if you know what you are doing. I have seen some cool stuff.
    Word... not so much.

    They arent suing yet. It is a presumption that they are or are not going to do this.
    However, it was the first concern that popped into my mind.
    The second was that it cant be patentable as there is plenty of "pre-existing art".

    Not all private schools are religious in nature.
    That being said, private school teachers often make less, but enjoy a more stable support system for both class sizes and keeping children in line.

    Meh, 16% is more than private sector raises. If they dont want that they can go to the job hunting line.
    It is really about evaluation and them not wanting to be evaluated so they can keep their job of not doing shit.
    This comes from the son of a Teacher, and family members who are teachers/went to college for teaching.
    And this comes from them as well.

    These are bored, uneducated sheep. The real Islamic people are not bothered by words, because their education level is higher than the fifth grade.

    This isnt all it is cracked up to be.
    The only way to kill anyone is with an explosive, so they havent really added any of the CPU intensive stuff that is required for Multiplayer.

    Yes, new items will increase waste (old items), increase production of new items (emissions), and cause problems for the consumer (multiple cables).
    So... unless you have some magical idea that will remove all of this, it will harm the environment.
