ISPs should simply start blocking all email from countries that get on a spamming blacklist, just as many Asian countries are already on piracy watch lists for bootleg software, CDs, etc. Really no big deal. Or each ISP can offer end users the choice to block emails from certain domains, including foreign ones...
Frankly I don't know anyone in Nigeria, there's no reason anyone in Nigeria needs to e-mail me. If that should change, I can edit my email preferences to allow Nigerian emails in.

Unlike most of you, I'm actually reading the article. XM is cool, and if I was a trucker or a cabbie or had a longer commute, it'd be worth a try. But it's kind of worrisome when you read the article and they described their meetings: everyone wears shorts and a Hawaiian shirt and is a loudmouthed jerk, led by the inhuman monsters who invented cloning station and demo profiling.
Those are not the kind of people who aare going to launch a "revolution." A better solution would be wireless broadband Internet radio, but of course, the music industry fascists and their cops in congress won't have it.
Why is it a PC game developer's responsibility to cater to a niche market that tends not to pay for software anyway? If I ran a game company I wouldn't spend dime one on the Linux games "market" -- a tiny band of ingrates.
Yeah, there is a lot. It seems like such a bizarre correlation though. What about IT attracts this personality type (I'm not being judgemental, just factual)? Seems like comparable professions don't have such high incidences of TS.
I've played this Sims Online. To get your skills up, your poor little av has to sit there repeating mindless tasks for tiny amounts of money and skill. Virtual money they can then go spend on virtual McDonald's hamburgers or some such thing.
Get rid of the middleman. Make the Sims have to sit in a Nike sweatshop for 24 hours before they walk around Sim Nike Town in a fricking Nike shirt.
