I am surprised that this is portrayed as a "This could only happen in Linux" as M$ would have you believe. I think it is as far from reality as possible, I can remember back in the win3.1 days... heck... clear back to dos if you want to go that far ;) Even though it was a paid product people would come to the local geek (me) with their problems and I would cheerfully help them out gratis. Of course a week later here would come the same person with the same problem!, well after a while of this sorta thing I finaly started telling them to 'Read The Freakin Manual'. While this new strategy worked well with some people once they took the time to look something up themselves they would actually learn! :) -- Others however would get all bent out of shape, have a hissy fit, and etc... like you were ripping them off, what can I say...some people want everything handed to them on a gold platter for free.

Anyhow I think the problem arises from the nonstandard way microsoft grabs/tags partitions. Why don't you tyr using microsofts boot manager after all it should work excellent since it is from a trusted tried and true software manufacturer that you can trust your business with !!!

This is just another example of picking the wrong materials for the job. It would be way more cost effective to eliminate the problems which occur with lawnmower blades...namely coming in contact with rocks, dirt , or other substances other than grass. Hence eliminate the spinning blades! how you ask? simple just put a 2kw CO2 laser under there and you can cut/burn a much wider swath than with the current multi blade setups. This method would also be quieter, less cuttings as most would be turned to ash... thus fertilizing the area too! This method would be many times safer too... no more throwing rocks at nearby people, cars, windows... there are so many benefits listing them all would take years! So somebody out there get busy and make one of these, I would do it myself but I can't afford the laser or the power supply.
