Yes..... But, we all know women only like guys with great skills.. So if geeks have skills.. Then, women must love geeks.. Which is a contradiction.... So therefore Napoleon was wrong! ah ha!
From the article: "Still, the company's performing far better than its competition. Sony and Microsoft stand to suffer ridiculous losses as next-generation moves into full swing, whereas Nintendo's likely to continue operating in the black, simply receiving less profit than before, rather than none at all."
Also, isn't it possible they simply aren't having as much profit because they are spending money on development of the new console, etc?
Exactly, I'm from a small town in Alabama and we do have a video store here but the selection is really small. If you need a bigger selection it's required that you drive 20 minutes each way to a bigger store.
We do on the other hand have broadband and I have used it to get movies(legally) online. I usually use netflix though because their selection is bigger than any of the legal movie sites.
Yeah and the "Look at phishing and spam, and zombies, and all this crap," said Clark. "Show me how six incremental changes are going to make them go away." made me wonder how one is going to accomplish that and still be semi-anonymous and not impose undesirable restrictions and such.
How true. I'm currently in college but I've been programming and working on various things over the past 5-10 years. I believe I've learned to solve problems I come to. Alot of people I see at school in the programming class(I'm a freshman so they are just starting out) could only solve a problem if the answer was laid out almost step by step or an almost exact example. I know they are just starting out, and I may of been like that but geez. One good thing is that my university is starting a new 1 credit hour course for Problem Solving. It's going to be a requirement next year(posibly semster). This semester we are actually kinda the guinie pigs and it's an optional 1 hour extra class 1 day a week. But the only thing we have to do to get credit this semester is to turn in our homework. The class emphasizis being able to think logically and solving problems. They said that is one of the major things they have found wrong with the Computer Science Program there.
Uhh... I think your right about them wanting to tie people to their DRM but I don't think they have any desire to tie people to WMP. Napster, MusicMatch(I think), and BuyMusic all use WMA with their DRM so if they can kill the iPod then they lock you into using their software(or someone elses if they licenses it.
I know this will be giving microsoft money but I think linux and other OS's need a license WMA(with DRM) player.
I don't consider 3-6 hours all that bad but I haven't read(yet) how many batteries it takes. Nintendo definately does a great job with there power usage. I don't know about the gameboy advanced but my little brothers color game boy last forever on only two bateries.... But I do like the fact that you can download the SDK from their website for free. I would need them to release a linux version for it to be good for me(until ReactOS comes of age)...
Nope.... I'm 20 and I still hear the annoying TV sound... and no I'm not just talking about the sound it supposed to make...
umm... Benin is in West Africa not East Africa... to the east of Togo.

Yes, it does. It was added in the C99 Standard...
Later GameCubes don't have the port that is required to use progressive scan.
u1*v1 + u2*v2 + u3*v3 :-P
[blockquote]so it is all about who can make the biggest buck!?[/blockquote] yes
