Agreed about BofA. My wife's card got jacked -- two trivial transactions in WA. BofA cancelled the cards 4immediately.
My card is through my Credit Union, which treats me like a human. Some asshole jacked my card and drew about $1000 in England (where I've never been). The CU called ME and asked if I had made the transactions.
I disagree. I did RTFA, and the guy tried to get the school district to do the right thing. They refused.
And his second point, that it's damn near impossible to teach kids ethics when they know the district is cheating...
I dislike the BSA as much as the next guy, but whenever I was the IT guy (and thank ha-Kadosh Baruch-hu, I'm not, right now), I always made sure that all our software was properly licensed.
Assuming that the online poker game is *NOT* based in MA, then under the Commerce Clause (abused though it may be) and the 10th Amendment (ignored though it may be), the power to regulate/ban is reserved to the Feds, and the States may not ban it.
Of course, if the game *IS* based in MA, then no problem.

Did you include a large bribe^Wcampaign contribution in that letter?

They must be trying to ban RFC1149 based gambling.

Hell, I look back fondly at Microsoft Olympic Decathlon (circa 1983)
You had punch cards? We had to send in a textual description of the plugboard configuration. In triplicate. In Morse code. Over a telegraph line.
