Exactly, I have a GForce3 Ti200, and it does a servicable job until I throw in a new motherboard that supports 8X AGP.
Nvidia would do itself well to explain its products better.
An amazing film, the most suspenseful film I've seen in years. Expatriates without money or work, stuck in a central american hell hole vie for the only job that will pay them enough to leave: driving tankers of nitro across ungraded twisty teetering cliff road. The last hour is agonizing, will they make it? Will it go boom?

Dreams was just released on DVD, very basic lack of features, but a beautiful film. I can now chuck my VCD from asia that has chinese subtitles, and english subtitles on the same screen, too much clutter!
Dersu is ok, but Criterion is coming out with a much better edition of Ran. High and Low is a great, suspensful film.
The day I heard a salesbot at Circuit City assure me that DIVX was the only way that DVD's would be made, and that he would bet me $100 that DIVX was the future was the day that I decided to forever regard all electronic salesmen's pitches as lies.
Dear God, I would never, buy one! A few months ago at Best Buy, I bought a car stereo and the salesman just kept pushing and pushing. I nicely told him that they were a ripoff and I did not want one, nor did I wish to hear any more from him. He stated that Best Buy does not make a dime off the warrantees, I stifled my laughter.
He then stated that the stereo was a piece of crap, and would be back in the shop in a month. I asked him if Best Buy sells inferior merchandise, he said yes, and that I was stupid for not purchasing the warrantee. After a few more hard sells, he said "Well, its your money" to which I said, "Yes, I have lots and lots of it, for I have a job, a profession, I don't work retail"
I called his boss, she went midevil on him...
I'm guessing you don't have a passport, and your biggest international experience was visiting Epcot when you were 12.
I don't appreciate that ethnic slur.
Amen to that, I have tickets to Asia for next month (Thailand, via a long layover in Taipei), and I'd hate to be bringing back any unwanted souveniers!
If the environmentalists get in a lather over cattle farting and ruining the ozone, imagine a herd of Mammoth!
As for me, I'll do the Fred Flinstone thingy and have a massive mammoth rib delivered onto my car at the drive through.
Unfortunately, the Shuttle program was a political program, science was comprimised for a low cost craft that was built in as many congressional discricts as possible.
Didn't know about the launcher in Tonga, got some friends down there, location makes sense. One of the XM Radio sattelites ("Roll") was launched with a Zenit rocket from Ukraine on a floating sea platform that was floated out from Long Beach to the open seas near Kiribati.
Private industry will steer innovation, the profit motive, with politics stripped away is the only way to evolve in space flight.
The money should not be spent on getting a craft to LEO, spend the money when you are there.
I wonder if the Russians will sell us the plans and tech to build the Energia heavy lift rocket that launched the one-flight Soviet Buran Shuttle?
The Soviets built Buran with onboard engines that could work in the atmosphere so that the shuttle could do a powered landing. They also wisely cancelled the program after one unmanned flight as it was a huge waste of money.
You can see one of the Buran spacecraft in Sydney at a museum....ah capitalism!
Costco is now selling a 42 inch Sampo Plasma screen TV for $3,000, do you have any idea of the quality?
I want a 16x9 TV, but I do not like the quality of any of the projection TV's, and there are not a whole lot of monitor/tube models out there.
Microwave technology man...come on its so simple...or maybe you need a refresher course?
Prestone...no....make that Quaker State, and clean the gunk off of those windows!

At least we got....Terra...Haute..... BTW, I was gonna name my dog Tralfazz, but I figured no one would understand the joke...
