16mhz is what the Palm Zire runs at too. That means if someone ports Palm OS 4.1 and you attach a VGA/LCD thingy you can have a Sega brand PDA. True, you are sacrificing portability, but hey, I think there are some kids at my school with pockets big enough for a Genesis.
i live in Austin, Minnesota and people sure as hell love their spam. I'd guess that 80% of the 24,000 people here own a SPAM t-shirt. We have the spam museum......and people actually go to it. One time i was hanging around the local computer shop and said "My inbox is full of spam" and people got offended. True story.
How can you say that using a mac is using an inferior product? Sure the G4 cant keep up with the P4 no matter what apple sais. But anything lost in processor speed is, for me at least, gained back by the OS. Now that the G5 is out and around the speed of intels 3.06ghz processor, how is the new powermac an inferior product? It has faster hardware and i think most of us can agree OS X s a "better" operating system then XP, hands down. I see what you are saying and you're partially right, just dont go calling macs inferior no matter how inflated the benchmarks are.

is the san francisco symphony orchestra's kids site. It's got a cool little flash app that runs in the browser that lets kids compose their own music with a variety of different instruments. If nothing else it'll teach them a little about music and possibly get them interested in playing an instrument.

I agree they have been ineffective of late and they probably need some revising, but if countries go around attacking each other at will despite what others may think, then that is a step in the wrong direction. I just dont think we did all we could to avoid this war, and that we should be focusing on why the vast majority of middle east people hate us, not taking out all these "threats" to our country
