    no matter what country such civil unrest aka revolutions happen they would cut or massively try to control any form of mass communication. the usa may be the exeption to it due to are free speech right but are gov has no issues stepping on it when it pleases them so its a toss up if the usa would attempt such action in a revolt. you defently what low tech solutions like ham and cb communicate with in a revolt being anything corp owned would be useless at best. but really ham isnt low tech it can handel data even full web on d-star models.

    the usa does support them but unlike are mastake with iraq we are not getting into the fight. even oboma told there president he better change his ways or this would happen and well he didn't listion. then when he did that sad attempt to stop the riots by naming a vice presdent rather then sucedding oboma told him to basically put up or shut up. so dont say the usa does not support whats going there couse we do. hell we are due for it are selfs.

    tor and vpn traffic just comes up as useless data they cant even tell where it came from. just shows up as encrypted packets.

    well as i said it was factory replaced when the car was still new so even thow the engion was semi orignal it had 350k miles on it. i wasent counting the orignal engion as miles.

    ham radios are the best rely the case with d-star models. they have full net ability via radiowave have a 150 mile range and unlimited range with a tower and are abought idsn speed. got a older ham your still not out of the loop being you can use sstv or slow scan tv to send pics and data over the radiowaves its even possible with some mods to a cb radio. example hear http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S2fa1WvjIvs but as i said d-star has full web.

    not a chevy but 1987 bmw 325 250k miles still own it still runs fine. also the bmw 325 set the miles record at 1 million miles same year i own. the car that set the record still had the orignal motor but bmw gave him a new car for setting the record the car still ran.

    1982 chevy chevette 350k miles still running when i finely sold it. the engion was original for the most part. when it was bough new in 1982 the factory engion did fail at like 100 miles it was defective they did warrentty it but the guy didnt wanna deal with it and owed my uncle money he gave him the car and they replaced the engion and it ran for 350k plus miles.

    aircraft are under alot more stress then a car. and people put carbon fiber on there cars all the time never any issues. using lithom iron battery assuming they use the maxmun life on the charging cycles 5-10 years. heck theres still 2000 toyota prius taxis in ny still running and taxis get the living piss drove out of them i think they are at like 200k miles and still going. and i assume when the battery's finely do die they will offer replacements at a decent price.

    umd was a good idea. a portable movie format and used for games. umd died being the first psp systems lacked tv out and sony didn't release any stand alone players. heck i pulled out my small umd movie collection when power was out yesterday. yes you can covert stuff for the memery card and play it that way but when thers no power thats kinda hard even with a laptop.

    psp would have been more powerfull then the ps2 if its cpu could multitask it cannot, but it was pretty close and some games did look just as good. i just hope by flash based storage they dont mean like the go it will make the psp2 doa. hopefully flash based cards.

    i dont think so the psp is mips and the psp2 is arm cortex. it would need to be done in emulation and you knoe how long sony supports that. just keep in mind sont promisis alot and delviers little.

    both are but lawmaker are the worse of the evil when it comes to this. google etc profit lawmaker will come bashing down your door for saying something abought oboma. the less control the gov has over the net the better. well relly the less controle they have over anything is better. look at heathcare ssi and so forth all runed by are gov.

    nice you guys get a fee vpn. the usa is trying for the same push even thow i dought it will get anywhere.even if it does what do they think the users will do. that right vpn everything. and probably most isps to. and no comcast doest count they will just raise your prices again and bend to anyones will.regardless of there motives and what lawmakers are trying to cheap skate out of its not the isp responsibly to track there users. lawmakers just wanna get around having to get a warrant for such actions to be taken. and now they just made it inpossable being the isp is gonna encrypt everything.

    i dont mind all the new tech in cars. heck even with auto drive become a realty im cool with it. as long as i can always take over quickly and effectifly if something goes wrong. like taping the brake with cruse control.

    lol to me no. but realty is they dont even get the standard alerts like blaring horns people yelling get off the road and getting arrested repeatedly. so you think a warning you gonna hit something alert is gonna make any diffrence most of them dont even knoe there own name or where they are there so wasted.
