  2. Can't Wait on Microsoft Begins Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) Rollout · · Score: 0

Introduce a 4G device with Mango, on Verizon and I'll be the first one in line! Unfortunately the big V is the slowest to roll out any new updates, and devices. I'll see Windows 8 before this!

  4. Should have started with Verizon on Microsoft Unveils Windows Phone 7 Lineup · · Score: 0

Verizon customers are starving for a new smart phone, why not start there? An AT&T customer looking for a new phone will go with an iPhone due to having 100 friends with one or because they have a previous version. A Verizon customer coming up for renewal would have to choose between two new commers, Droid and WP7. Seems like they would get more initial traction against Droid than iPhone.

What hasn't been mentioned is the free market. If you do not like your ISP, or their limiations they place on your service, you are FREE to go to aother ISP. True, maybe the new ISP won't have as high of bandwidth to your home, possibly dial-up, but you do have a choice. Government does not need to get involved in something the free market would naturally take care of! Free market = Neutrality!

Why not just log a timestamp of the last edit a user made to that individual record, and allow x minutes from that point to allow another user to edit the record. Same idea as a comment above but if you use a web farm, stay away from sessions as session state is not persisted between different servers in a web farm.
