What is the point of codecs anyways... I don't know exactly how many codecs there are, but it's never made sense to me.... Neither has region codes for DVD players.. WTF.. Is there a quality issue with different codecs.. Or maybe even better compression with one verses another....? Anyone know.....?
Glasses that let you see through women's clothing... Now that would be one hell of a wearable device. I bet who ever came out with that would make a lot of money. Maybe it could come equipped with a digital camera too or maybe even a video camera!!!! Damn talk about making free porno for nothing.. if the guy who made the virus would release his code under the GPL...? You know, to support the open source virus community (OSVC).... Imagine what kind of havoc that could be released on windows if this was to happen, and not to mention how it could help linux...? Think about it.. If viri where released left and right, one after another, all ways improving, and causing enough down time. I imagine companies would be dropping windows as fast as shit flies out of my ass after eating some hot and spicy indian food. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian food, but it sure goes through me sometimes.

I really like this part.... Espeically the slashdot-karma-whoring.. It puts a big grin on my face.... But, I guess to be in the level.. I really enjoy using Linux. But how many of us on occasions have ran into other UNIX or Linux users that just had big egos. I know when I was at college, there were a lot of students who used Linux.. But ther was kind of a divide between the NOOBS and the people who seem to know it all. The NOOBS wanting to know more and more.. And the KNOW-IT-ALLS who were like "what you do know how to do that.... wuhahahahahaha." Although the professors were helpful when asking questions to.. Guess they liked teaching.....
Doom 3... When is that suppose to be out...? That would have been a nice christmas present... Anybody else wishing Doom 3 was about this christmas season....?
If a company uses vaporware with the intent to hurt another companies sales of a software product or any other product. In my oppion that should be illegal.. A company shouln't be allowed to say they product unless that have something... Isn't that false advertising in a way....? Just seems like a big loop hole that should fixed to prevent companies from stifling their competition
With SFF.. Anyone think microsoft with take this route with there next X-box...? I myself probably wouldn't buy one anyways, but I kind a wonder how it would do against a next generation console such as the PS3 or what ever else... Considering all the R&D that goes into consoles nowadays, well except for the X-box. X-box seem to have no inovation, but maybe I am wrong. Just wondered if you maybe able to builder it cheaper, doesn't really mean it might be better....
