I've been disappointed that I couldn't download and play early builds every time I've looked at the project. They really should of released early to get more people interested, I'm dying to see it as much as the next original Half Life player (yeah I'm old) but with only soundtracks and demo videos available I'm not as excited as if I'd played a new build every six months or so. - HEX

Look, I provide my shit for free, and even have some of my behind the scenes work available DRM free, but I'm not sticking that label on any of it. I'd rather just serve up the raw stuff without costing me too much, which means there are already tons of labels, branding, and even ads around YouTube, or Google Docs.
I can't completely get rid of it, but I'm also trying to do lovecraft/cthulhu/erotica on no budget so I don't expect to be able to get rid of it. I'll have to run ads most likely on the main site, which means more clutter.

I am really looking forward to attempting to raise some money, but I'm torn between KickStarter, RocketHub and Indiegogo. Below is a short description of what our project consists of, it crosses genres, fiction and non-fiction, essentially we have two main thrusts to the website and our efforts:
Non-fiction: Reality, science, medicine, psychology, sexuality, etc. We have artists, doctors, scientists, free-thinkers, etc. We do NOT have religious nuts, crystal druids, etc; we'll discuss anything but we won't believe everything! The Core Reality Hacker videos give you a glimpse at a small part of what the reality side is going to be, and the articles and commentary I have posted also is this side.
Fiction: Based on reality and all the above with extrapolations into the past, present, and future. Of our current videos the Maniac Loveseat plays most towards our irreverent style we bring to psychological and scientific ideas placed into a fictional universe, we are improvising characters and ideas that may be a part of the eventual fiction. We also have the Lovecraftian influence, for one because his works are Public Domain, but mostly because his universe incorporates the fantastic in a manner that avoids the good/evil dichotomy so prevalent in most fiction. The Unknown Truth is very heavy into this area, with the idea that the forces that play on the universal stage have drives, impetus, and powers beyond the understanding or definition of good/evil. While most of our collaboration is setup to be online or cross online/in person lines, certain aspects we really need folks local who can take that in person step. I will be setting up munches soon!
We are taking on education, discussion, collaboration both local and world wide, societal preconceptions and prejudices, and creating new art. I hope you enjoy being part of the ride, like I said communication channels are coming back online soon and the forum/wiki aspects of the site will be reinstalled also. - HEX

Also wanted to mention that Kaltura is pretty much the list of online video collaboration once we can either get it implemented on a VPS or hosted. (new YouTube editor is also surprisingly good for a web video editor) Currently we are running on a decent HostGator VPS with CloudFlare and MaxCDN, and I recently got a free trial node from VPS.NET to try new Wordpress configs on as well as examine moving from a single HostGator to a cloud VPS model. - HEX

I seriously visited the links and couldn't figure anything out or find any materials except your essays and poems, which are... interesting, but probably more suitable for a blog than for what you are claiming you are trying to do.
I do get pictures of female models via responses to my local advertising channels, but since those pics are not part of the project and I have no release for them I certainly wouldn't post them. They are comparable to what you can see on Model Mayhem or the CC Flickr nudes I use. However getting amateur models and actresses in my area is quite a pain, which is why we have been talking to professional fetish models trying to get a reduced rate for a shoot. Most of them have no issues with a Lovecraftian video shoot.
I pulled the Wordpress plugin based wiki down a while back so yes quite a bit of data has ended up in news posts while we considered other options. Additionally quite a bit remains to be transferred from notes and disparate locations into the website, once the backend is complete. Now we are back to implementing a full featured wiki even if we have to sacrifice single sign on between Wordpress and Wiki to do it. Not sure why you couldn't find any videos anywhere in those links, there are three separate video channels listed. (Although Funny or Die doesn't have all the videos, as not all our stuff is meant to be funny.) - HEX

Of course I'm a bit unbalanced, I've spent over 25 years as a Windows admin contracting for National and International corporate migrations, roll-outs, and OS/application packaging. I then became so unbalanced that I then started this project while simultaneously working 9p to 5a writing and implementing custom migration code with an international team. I wanted a place to work on the ideas that I, as a long time science fiction and horror reader, had developed and discussed with a few very close creative friends. Frankly I'd take a/. troll with a brain over a hipster any day, but most can't handle not being an asshole long enough to actually collaborate on anything. You may enjoy some of the essays I have on the site, particularly The Fictional Lexicon which combines a Video reading of Roger Zelazny with an essay. - HEX

The wonderful part of using Wordpress as our base and bringing in a Wiki and Forum is so anyone who can participate via text is included, creating a fictional universe is a huge undertaking, and most of it will happen via the written word. Additionally, after doing quite a bit of research I believe Kompoz will allow us to have musicians with even the most basic computer recording hookup participate. Video is where it gets very tricky, and starts to shut out even those of us who have high quality machines to use. - HEX
So far I have been able to use a combo of open source and commercial products to create a distributed workflow, but tying it all together under single sign on is next to impossible especially to a wiki for organizing all the fiction. Anyone interested feel free to visit us, we seriously need some more creative people working on the site and projects.

I have to laugh, I have been documenting my entire project on my website and have even posted on the switch in content limits in part to allow us to use services like Paypal, Google Checkout, and Kickstarter. I may be guilty of looking for help anywhere and everywhere but "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take"; and one thing my post was not is Offtopic.:P - HEX
I could use some seed money! It has been fun spending everything I can on the project though, but I could do so much more if I could actually spend money for quality instead of bare essentials. - HEX
Another cloud feature has been added, this one to the updated photo editor. Photos can finally be uploaded individually or in bulk to Picasa. Curiously, it’s the only option currently available when you click the share icon in the photo editor — Google Plus hasn’t been added yet, though that seems inevitable.
Picasa and Google+ Albums became one a while back, almost a whole month ago. Keep up.;) - HEX
I have had a few large spikes and MaxCDN and CloudFlare have kept my site up with no issues, so the real answer is distributed caches and you get what you pay for. - HEX
