I don't think the sport is played in WV HS. It wasn't played in SC HS. I don't even know what the game looks like or involves- likely a regional thing.
I listed track (track and field) because is it the sport that is most common to all American HS - more so than Football - and is typically where football players (and Cross country guys like me) were required to spend their off-season.
Just going to respond to you, as the other comment is reduntant, but you are FAR better off getting a book on the subject. You read about 5x faster than people speak and your lesson isn't interrupted by tards asking 'is this on the exam?'
I suppose this will lead to DDR being a sport in WV like Soccer and wrestling - not quiet on the level of Football, track and basketball, but up there.
Will you be able to 'letter' in DDR? Will there be state championships?
Or will this be more like just a machine in the middle of cafeteria that no one will touch for fear of peers' redicule. I would have tried it back in the day because I had pretty much maxxed out the peer redicule I could get.
OR will it be like racketball played against a gyms collapsed bleechers for two weeks during the required PE class?
Of course, if the machine is not on free play and/or not well maintained.... I actually expect both. I'd be surprised if K didn't expect kids to dump their change into the machines like they do with the soda/snack machines next to them.
No need to pay the $31,200 tuition. No need to live on campus. No need even to be a student.
And no coursework, no grades, and no degree.
The value of these classes with a few exceptions is to demonstrate your competency to get in the school, complete the courses, get the degree - not to demonstrate that you heard a bunch of lectures.
Just business logic. I look at the developers track record, the market, how much it costs to successfully market the game, the appeal of the liscence, etc.
This MMO is a marketing ploy that was borne of looking at the success of SWG and maybe WoW and thinking ST was more popular than it was and handing the job off to a mediocre company.
If Blizzard or EA was developing the title, I would have more confidence in it actually making it out of the gates. But this one is just doomed. Want to make a bet? I'll put a C note on the game never making it to retail by the end of 07.
A lot of the smaller guys have trouble being heard - or ever heard of. The aggregator includes your zine's reviews with all the big boys. GameRankings is a big opportunity for free advertising.
If you do a good job, readers may check out your review for a particular game (some people read all reviews) and decide to go directly to you from then on.
Gamerankings is also great because they allow their readers to also rate the reviews themselves. So if you are a good writer, your reviews will stand above the mediocre ones when people look for reviews on a particular game.
Maybe Gamedaily got tired of seeing so many of it's reviews receive one star or less?
If I was really interested in starting a new zine from scratch, I would LOVE to get my reviews into the aggregator, try to accumulate high rankings for my reviews, and the traffic would increase and so would the willingness of devs to send me demo copies and put my quotes on their game boxes and I would also be able to get more advert revenue. It's a win-win-win all around.
It must be hard to buy a car with that attitude. Have you found one yet where, once you pay for it, you don't have to continue to pay for fuel of some kind in order to continue driving it?
That was my first reaction. This looks like a comment not on the American Arcade scene or on Dave and Busters as a national chain. This is a guy complaining about the corner D&B. It is a LOCAL story.
If he is interested in finding an arcade DDR machine, he should check this site out.
Or the way some people play, they might want to invest in a RedOctane metal pad which I can personally vouch for.
The revised number is not driven by a lack of sales but a lack of supply as production did not perform as expected. They sold out in the US. They are still sold out. You can't buy one anywhere.
If they had the supply to meet the demand, I do not think that goal would have needed revising.

I like your sig. I don't like this guy much at all - Michael Savage - though I find listening to him entertaining. He said something similar - 'Liberalism is a mental disorder.' I think Ayn Rand has said something similer, too.
Maybe you can't criticize an SUV for not going fast, but you certainly can say that you won't be purchasing an SUV BECAUSE it doesn't drive fast.
It's just not a useful comment to anyone to say that. It's like me having posted here and saying 'there is no way I am playing this sucky game - I only like FPSs.' It would be modded troll, appropriatly so. It's the kind of comment you would expect from a socially inept fool.
I doubt you've ever spent much time in an MMORPG or you'd know that much of your time is spent soloing.
Au contraire. I have spent way to much time in them. Much of your time is spent soloing in them, true, but this is not a soloing MMORPG - and NO time is spent soloing playing D&D, which is what this game is suppose to reflect.
The parent posters had valid points. If you want to be an apologist for this game, that's your issue, not theirs.
Turbine sucks. I'd never buy anything from them. I just find these posts obnoxious where someone makes a game and rather than criticizing it on the merits, someone criticizes it for something entirely irrelevant. A lot of that goes on here. You don't like Halo 2? Why? Because you can't play it with a mouse and keyboard? Etc. (disclaimer, yeah, smarty pants, I know you can play with a mouse and keyboard if you want to).
And if you want to find a good price on a book to own, go to addall.com.
1) Someone foolish enough to try and enter the console business - a Mitsubishi or GE or Emerson or whomever - might buy them.
2) They could at least sell that lapboard thing they developed as it actually looked pretty cool at the E3 thing.
We will see what happens now, but it's nice to see this thing may come to fruition.
Meg is great just because she gets ripped on so much.

Yeah, somewhere in there possibly.

ST:O will never see the light of day - so it doesn't really matter.
Then tell me a store that has them where right now I can go in and buy them? You are a troll or what?
The prices on Ebay are well over the retail price - ~150%
My interest is in buying the Xbox 360 - the 400 package - and nothing more. I think all the online dealers require some kind of attachment.
What stores have the 360 on the shelves?

Software is speech. Anyone is free to produce it and as such I will not pay for it.
Money is the equivilent of a literal 'value.' He is saying that he does not value any software or speech or any book.
