since when does everyone think they have the "RIGHT" to download software that doesn't belong to them? i do it, but i don't blame the government for trying to stop me. corporations have the RIGHT to charge me for software THEY made. I'll try to get around it any way i possibly can, but the government is only doing its job here. it's not fascism, it's law.
art is one of the main parts of game design. i consider programming an art in of itself. the use of creativity to get to a certain point is art. just look at some of the games that have come out recently... FFX is covered in artistic creativity from the storyline to the environment.

calcgames has 200 or so files as content... along with a forum and reviews and such... not as much content as.. say.... ticalc.org, but it's still growing.

look, no matter what you say, all the ON/OFF crap is doing is trying to explain what binary IS, not WHY it is. the people who developed it actually knew what they were doing and the ON/OFF is just a way to explain it. One of the things i'd like to see is how they stabalize stuff like that. stuff so small i'd imagine it can get very weak easy to break. then again it can't build up very much momentum to cause breaking away from something that's holding it.
