    1. stop making them look so retarded. why does every car maker need to release EV's that look like something my grandmother would be ashamed to drive.

    2. they need a range of more then 300km. many people commute close to that much each day, they don't want to run out of power making that late night dash to the shops. it's retarded to claim "but city people don't drive far" when city people use public transport a lot of the time ayway

    everything else about battery powered cars is ok, the speed is great, they require less servicing. i'd buy one if they meet the above criteria.

    err, why would it matter at all if the maps inaccurate besides making it a crappy map? if you want to pinpoint the location of something, just go there. it doesn't make it any more private because if you know the street address you can just go there...

    there is nothing wrong with credit cards if they are used in a responsible manner.

    I for example use mine a lot and i've never been ripped off once. I use mine to smooth over cash flow issues, and it's cost me $100 in interest in the last 5 years.

    likewise with other debts, i own my car, i purchase a decent 2nd hand car and which i took out a $10,000 loan for and paid off right away.

    I'll be doign the same with the house i buy soon. it's not the biggest and the best but it's reasonible and well within my means to payback inside 10 years.

    The key to managing loans isn't not to be in debt, that's impossible, but to be more concerned with your ability to pay it back.

    While i agree your correct that if this method proves viable it would be better then an embryonic source, I still think your objection to embryonic research is down right stupid.

    stem cell researchers were using cells from unused IVF samples, not killing babies as you people like to compare it to. I can't even begin to understand how you could equate a couple of cells in a petree dish to a human.

    And no, this line of research would still have been pursured without your stupid agenda, because it solves other problems not rooted in religous objections. So you don't get to claim this is some kind of victory.

    your statement that the law of conservation of energy works for dieting is so stupid, it makes me want to gouge my eye's out to prevent me reading it again.

    Your body responds to your food intake in so many varying ways that a simple less food == less fat answer is incorrect.

    The other important thing you completely miss is the aim is to be healthy not thin, so a simple cut down in food is not the answer in many cases.

    if most people changed thier eating habits to match the food pyramid, they wouldn't eat such large portions to begin with, and if they did moderate exercise each day they would be fine.

    you have that first part the wrong way, apple won't be allowed to sell them, they don't get the choice if they don't meet with the law in that country. their loss no one elses. the 2nd part is just you hoping you can unlock it and hoping they won't try void your warranty down the track.

    2. carrier lock in is the worst of the worst, you don't get to make excuses for it just because it's apple.

    3. many EU countries have laws against crapy lock in products like this, it's good for the consumer.
