    your wrong. plain and simple. isearch misrepresents itself in order to get installed. misrepresenting yourself in any other arena is called FRAUD. so why doesn't it apply to people who create things like isearch? spyware programs like isearch also rely on people not being tech savvy enough to know how to spot them. your arguement that someone not being tech savvy is a defense for companies like this also doesn't hold.

    but your totally wrong. microsoft is a monopoly so they DONT answer to consumers, they don't have to because we have no choice. where as google is a web service that we can either choose to use or not. if google tried anything overly horrific it's hits would dry up over night and so would their adervtising money.

    your just an bunch of idiots if you think this is a bad idea. read the post above and you will understand. these sites are all hosted on crumby free hosts who give them 500 meg of allowance or something of that nature. it takes fuck all time to consume that in this method. your not dosing the isp because they have obviously allowed for that bandwidth. so read and make informed comments, not just blathing shit spewing out your mouth. bank fraud is a major problem. i know from experience that free hosts don't give a shit. no one gives a toss. this action is akin to recieving spam from and open relay, connecting to that relay and sending the owner of it 10k emails saying fix your shit - it's perfectly justified

    i write all my apps to be multi platform. it doesn't take ANY extra time or energy, you just need to use the right toolkits and hire the right people. everything i've written runs on *nix and windows. i don't have a mac to test but i dare say it'll work without a problem.

    how about BASIC emenities and such as clean drinking water and waste treament. you can't use the arguemen t that the space project generates jobs either, because building waste treatment plants does the same job and benifits the whole community.
    but then again india has nuclear weapons to, so their government clearly rates it's peoples needs a distance 6th or 7th on it's list...
