    He also has the scientology documents that slashdot censors, which you can read here

    Dr Touretsky also received a cease and desist letter from COS in an attempt to remove the material, but I guess he wasn't more worried about spending his dot com millions than setting a horrible precedent by caving.

    They pay to send it. With spam YOU PAY TO RECEIVE IT. Spammers use open proxies and computers infected with sobig to send it for free.

    You can get a 100-pack of Maxell CDR's at CompUsa for $20 and $0 after rebate. That is 70GB for $20 or $0.28/GB, and $0/GB after rebate. HDD's are still around $1/GB.

    There is no need for that, most computers now have IEEE1394 and USB2.0 ports which are sufficient for connecting to external hard drives.

    If you go to a large (state)government school in-state the tuition is usually less than $2,000/semester. There are plenty of smaller colleges that are around $1,000/sem. For example Georgia Tech has a tuition of $1,600/sem with another $400 in fees so about $2,000 total. And if you keep a 3.0GPA it is FREE.

    $100/L might be fine for Cray, but not for me.

    I don't think many people with $600 cpus and $400 video cards want to watch things go up in smoke when a clamp fails.

    Are there any tests that show how well a machine holds up if deionized water leaks from this type of system onto the motherboard and processor?

    Actually PHP-Nuke.org explits this flaw.

    Go to google and search for "god". They will be either 1 or 2.

    They did this by having other sites link to them in reference to god, and their intent was obviously not malicious, but it shows how easily these rankings are manipulated once you know the system.

    I learned this reading an article about how teoma.com is now one of the top search engines (they are now owned by askjeeves).
