Uhhhh, "...if you are sick...". The main problem I see is that only half the people actually get the new drug - the other half get a placebo. So, if you are sick and think that the treatment is going to help, then consider that you only have a 50% chance of actually getting any treatment.
Nope, Pop is only dead till the next cutesy, sexy, cudly boy band comes along that can actually sing a little bit, play a little bit and dance a little bit. The current crop of dumbass groups just don't have it.
Do you even understand what you are saying yourself?
Look at it this way:
Where are the super group bands, the bands that can fill football stadiums, the crowds of screeming teenagers at the shows, the people crowding the airports and lining the roads from the airport to the band's hotel?
The bands suck...
Well, my teenage son and his friends are copying my CD collection dating back to Buddy Holly (before my birth!) and are simply ignoring the current music offering. As a teen, I would not have been caught dead listening to my dad's ragtime music and I still can't stand 1920-1940s music. So it should be obvious - the current music suck baaaaadly.
is about the only place where you can live on your own terms (and those of the local war lord). There are quite a few countries with no effective government or no government at all, eg. Chad, Central African Republic and so on. Good luck...
I would save the data to CDRs and toss them downstairs into the basement - unlabeled of course. If the police ever want the data, I'll just point them in the general direction...
The US military simply discovered a few infected machines in China that happens to hammer their servers with stupid attacks. I just drop those kind of things with IP tables.
Petroleum Engineering is a branch of Chemical Engineering. Taught at universities in Texas and Alberta. Jobs: Lots, wherever there is oil. Huge shortage of engineers in this field and top dollar pay.
The engineering glut only affects Electronic Engineers, amongst which the jobless rate is about 20%. So, provided that your son is doing Chem Eng, Mechanical or Petroleum, he should be fine. If he is doing EE, then he should switch.
In USA/Canada, all phone systems can be tapped remotely, including cell phones. In the UK, it can most probably be done too, considering that the UK Gov puts cameras on every street corner, I won't consider a UK cell phone to be private...
They have the right to do anything that we are unable to prevent them from doing - Catch 22.

Imagine, this verdict from a country with a gigantic statue of a goddess in a majour harbour... ;-)
Evidently!
Well, at least it has been proven beyond any doubt, that mice experimented upon, will develop cancer...

It's the bands stupid...
Even with SP2 on a CDROM, it still takes 45 minutes.
More than a year huh? AFAIK, SP2 was released in Feb 2005.
Well, just the fact that Windows got the certification is enough proof that the certification isn't really worth anything...
The world's largest and most powerful engines are steam engines. A Power station can generate GigaWatts. This isn't likely to change.

Cochrane and Balsac in Alberta are a little more subtle...

Oh, no, there goes another scary theory...
Scientists confirmed that single cellular (and smaller) organisms can make mammals sick.
No minimum? So just retain the data for 1 nanosecond...
Actually, if it fails once, it is OK, all you need then is a strong desk lamp. When they fail a few times per second, it is maximally annoying... :-)
Anyhoo, it is quite easy to get replacement bulbs of the right size and shape. No need to use purple case modder bulbs.
