To get around the 3-plays-in-3-days nerf, couldn't you just not let the song play all the way through? I know the iPod firmware (and iTunes as well) doesn't count a song as "played" unless it finished playing the last bit...
Actually, the REAL primary reason people play sports simulators rather than getting off their butts and playing *real* sport is that they lack both the physical talent to play the game, and the necessary social skills to gather enough friends and organize a real game.
I will refer you to this post, and then I will retire from this discussion. Good game, and good luck in your struggle for a kinder, gentler world for those dangerously sick individuals that society so callously shuns. May your children/grandchildren never reap what you would sow in the name of "tolerance" and "understanding".
This discussion has taken a silly turn. Our "arguments" are based on different definitions of the term "pedophile". I won't call anyone a pedophile until they have committed the act. I can't remember anymore, but I think it was you that asserted that you can't hold a person guilty of the acts that he carries out in his imagination. Yes, I know that the strict dictionary definition of that word doesn't necessarily imply a criminal act, but you can't deny that it carries a terrible stigma. Label someone a pedophile and watch that person become a pariah, regardless of his/her level of success at controlling his/her urges.
