no, but it means it will come with a Microsoft EULA for those DRM components... which means that they can force download updates on you and they'll probably want it checking in with the mothership at regular intervals or else it'll sulk and stop playing them...
first define your Grandma/Grandpa... considering it's perfectly possible to become a grandparent at the sprightly age of only 33.5 (assuming legal age of consent being 16) and that I assumed the status of grandpa only 18 months ago at the age of 45, most grandparents are perfectly capable of using Linux...
hmmm, the last thing I would want is a brain implant with Microsoft software on it and the RIAA and MPAA controlling what data I can keep/run on it either...
If you have to resize your text to get all the bullet points to fit on one slide then there's something very wrong with your presentation.
I do believe there's some maxims that should be applied to presentations... one of them is never have more than 6 bullet points on each slide.
Another is that if the text for a bullet point spreads over more than one line, then it isn't very pointlike now is it and should really be examined to cut it down.
the humidity in general when there is fog about is 100% anyway... the fog is just a manifestation of it where the temperature has dropped below the dew point. Even when there is no visible fog just where you are, the humidity is still 100%. The attenuation factor is negligible over the distances involved in the radar application. This radar is short range... ie less than 400 meters.
In fact, I'd be more worried on a hot humid day, because there is far more water vapour per cubic meter in the air than there is on a cold day.

I'm currently running azureus... It's the cat's pyjamas... the problem is a tracker to use that won't kick me off... hmmm/me goes off to investigate etree.org
bummer... wget's stopped and is awaiting response... I've only got 80% completed...:(
brilliant... wget's finally connected.. and I'm getting 90+ kbps... now how the heck do I create a torrent from what I get??? and anyone got any good suggestions for trackers for hosting the torrent
My USB doesn't work in 2.6, which is a shame as not only would I like to update my desktop system but it also means that I can't use any live CDs (like the Ubuntu ones I sent for) since my keyboard and mouse are USB, and so is my printer.:-(
oh, piss off.... you must have the weirdest usb going for it not to work with any of the current live CDs that have 2.6 kernels... it's one of the things they really make sure works.
I bet the British government is regretting our GPO switching over to using self adhesive stamps... with photographs and a sample of spit, they could have gathered a national DNA database very quickly on the qt
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is that enough exclamation marks for you yet??????
dig out your usama binladen or tricky dicky masks and wear them when you use the machines... then see what happens. What can they do??? You have a right to wear a party mask in public??? surely you have.. or will they make that illegal too.
you're buying postage stamps and they want to photograph you??? wtf for??? are they frightened you might be posting anthrax spores to someone and want to be able to track everyone who bought postage stamps in the last few day??? or you're posting drugs to someone??? or posting unsolicited bulk mail??? is there no privacy anymore???
start forcing you Americans to use.com correctly... and those American commercial enterprises that don't qualify for.com should use.co.us It pisses me off to see so many perfectly good.com domains being used for little mom and pop companies that only serve there local area rather than having a worldwide presence...

the age of consent is relevant just to show what the legal minimum age for a grandparent can be...

I nearly took it out on my keyboard when the site slowed to a crawl...
"Non-GPL" refers to the antivirus software... Clam AV is fully redistributable, but the other one, F-prot, is only free for personal use.
is it possible to run adaware from this live cd using wine and get it to scan the windows disk registry rather than the wine registry?
this is when we discover he's got a submarine patent lurking to clobber anyone trying to implement the new system...
well move those netflix messages back into your inbox and train spamassassin on your "ham"
sub your own username for "username" of coursewell if you use debs then there's this handy guide to converting the rpms to debs...

I've just emailed him a complaint and included a screengrab of his site working in Konqueror on Linux with the ID string set to IE 6 on XP

fog is NOT water vapour... it is a fine suspension of water droplets...
nah... that's the back mounted ratbrain autopilot...

an issue??? only if you're stupid enough to shut the thing down every night like most ms-windows users do...
