But the problem is that something like 3/4 BIA employees are Native Americans, which presents a HUGE conflict of interest in this lawsuit. So basically the people suing for negligence and mishandling of funds are the people responsible for handling those funds.
I see it like this, either I buy the game, and do not pay a subscription fee, or, I get the game for free, then pay a subscription fee.
Wtf do you think SOCOM on PS2 is so sucessful? Its gameplay? HELL NO! Its fucking free to play online, so I'll enjoy it regardless of the gameplay issues.
I say make the games, more power to 'em. Just don't make them full of suck. Contrary to popular media opinion, violence, gore, and sexual imagery are the ingredients for a bestselling game.
Unfortunately the christian creative community doesn't have such a good track record in the "not suck" arena. Remember "Bible Adventures" on NES? Or how about christian "rock". You'd think that if these guys had the power of God behind them, they'd play some kick ass tunes. But oh how this is not the case....
LOL, I thought about that as soon as they explained the way the test is delivered. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of programs to crack adobe files, think these guys will be compotent enough to make sure its a hard password to break?
When you killed a monster, they on average gave you a handful of hearts and at least 20 rupees. How can you expect a challenge from a game like this?
The first few zeldas (Ocarina suffered some from this easy-disease as well) required you to actually be careful when fighting. In Wind Waker you never had to backtrack to replenish health or make sure you had potions etc. Kinda ruined a big part of the game for me.
An easy solution would be to just add a dificulty level, which maybe when beating it gave you an extended ending or something like that. All in all, the lack of fighting challenge probably made this the easiest Zelda ever.
The quest for glory series would be easily ressurectable into 3d. The integrated RPG/adventure model was spectacular. It would be sorta zeldish, but with different hero classes and not leveling up abilities, but character build up stats (intelligence, strength, etc...) They already incorporated semi 3d combat into the game, this could be seemlessly done now.
First off, the guy playing Max Payne doesn't come close to portraying the hard ass we know (perhaps love, however unlikely) from the game.
Sure its cool to see someone doing indy film projects relating to games, but bottom line the short offers nothing creative or even interesting to the story.
The 10 second clip of his murdered family is well done, but saying that is even kinda a stretch.
Bottom line, in order for something like this to be sucessful (or interesting for that matter), it needs substance, not cliche soft rock in the background and some mediocre gunslinging.
Hmm so you're saying that none of the 500,000 Native Americans that are benfeciaries of the trust fund work for BIA? I call bullshit...

Why the hell would you get a zero score for this comment? Its probably the most insightful of any of the other posts... I agree 100%.
