Islam goes back much farther than the modern world, even farther before oil that much of a depended on resource. Oil just provided a new source of wealth to an existing culture that failed to spread that around among their own people. Right now, we have a Saudi Price taking names and bribing corrupted family members for billions; whom then goes on to purchase one of, if not the, most expensive home in America....all for himself. There is nothing virtuous in that culture.
Islam is about domination; specifically the subjugation of women and children. Everything else is ancillary to those core facts; hence moot.
But beyond Islam, polygamy causing strife goes beyond the human condition. In nature, we see this all the damn time!!! Bulls, dominant males, leaders of the pack...etc. Anytime you have dominant alphas taking on more females and leaving others with none will, without question, lead to contention and rivalry among any population.
Agreed. The practicality of this is bullshit. At best, you superglue a piezoelectric speaker to a server, NAS/SAN chassis, tune frequency, and juice up the volume. If it's to be done, it's just for show and theatrics to make a statement "just because I can".
First OLED HDR display and FaceID are new from Apple. So yes, iPhone X owners are "early adopters", otherwise it would have been rolled out across the entire iPhone 8 lineup.
FaceID was a fail at presentation, it's failure now. It remains to see how prideful Apple is as a company before they just nix the idea. TouchID is proven to work well, fast, and secure.
Except I do have payment. That 20 dollars cash. They can claim all they want that cash is not accepted, but unless they take payment up front, my cash is valid tender.
The GOVERNMENT will accept cash, for it's legal tender. But there is NO LAW that requires a cash transaction even though it's the defacto standard of a private entity. Hence the disclaimer "CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY, NO CASH ACCEPTED". That right there is an "out" to not do business with cash.
If I want to render services with BTC, and only BTC, do my knowledge, there isn't a law against it. However, (and here's the best part), I still must pay taxes on it's valuation and/or earned income is....***drum roll*** US Currency back to the IRS!!!
Personally, I hate cash because of the pocket change that often results from it. Later, futzing around said coinage to pay for food at a drive-through or whatnot is a major PITA.
Cooling requirements can double the electricity used depending on the method used. For example, with a normal residential unit, every watt of heat produce requires equal or greater watts consumed to pump the heat out - and that's assuming no additional environmental heat-loads (such as from the sun). Now, it might be cooling is "free" if the outside temp is very cool; in which case you can just cycle the filtered air through heat exchangers for substantially less cooling power requirement.
Who's this "you". Unless you or the company you work for has ties to the CCP, *you* don't get to decide shit. China is run like a giant game of Sim City with often epic results in failure - please see Ghost Cities.
In addition, the school you're allowed to attend in China is largely based on birthplace. Even in post Communist cultural revolution, the Hukou (caste based) system still exists in legal form even if not socially recognized.
That entirely depends on the theater, time of day, and where it's located. Let me get to the heart of the issue, I would gladly spend double if only to weed out the riffraff and ghetto trash for an adult only venue. I'm firmly believe that if you raise the price, it will raise the bar of the audience whom wishes to take the movie watching / dating experience seriously. No cell phones, no crying kids, no making out, annoying self-centered outbursts..none of that bullshit. Either I'm looking for a nice watching experience for myself, or out on a date.
*ahem* You're a moron. You're exactly a moron because it's COMMON KNOWLEGE that you can't in-place upgrade a Windows 32bit OS to Windows 64bit OS. You can upgrade to newer version and editions, but can't cross word-length. If it's 32bit, it stays 32bit. If it's 64bit, it stays 64bit.
Oh, and it's your (or the company you work for) fault for not migrating to 64bit as machines are either formatted/reinstalled, or replaced.
Note: There's no additional cost or license key different between 32bit and 64bit version of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. You could litterally format/reinstall with a 64bit version and use the same damn key. Additionally, if this was an OEM copy, just reinstall with the 64bit OEM version.
How an alt-coin called VeChain - It's a bonified Ponzi scheme.
VeChain Economic Masternodes and Nodes:

I'm convinced that there ought to be at least two "express self checkout lanes" which requires membership and a user license. The reason is, there isn't an industry standard, nor should there be. But, it does causes a lot of fumbling around where one person holds up the line for all others while waiting for a human being to assist. It's counter productive; that customer would otherwise would have been better served in a normal checkout lane when you account for net time lost. With the express self checkout lane, a customer that's passed certification and training will have been vetted to be overall more efficient at getting in, picking up, and walking out. It's all about moving inventory. Let stores delineate who's efficient at that task.
Or maybe, aliens are nothing more than AI machines evolved from their host organic planet; effectively ambassadors to their home world. When you've got something trekking the universe with an IQ of 1 million +, why would they care about us? Let be honest here, we humans have a huge ego. We like to think we matter, and are important; and to ourselves we are. But to anything else outside our social sphere, why would they give two fucks? That's like some ant colony next to your home pondering if the POTUS will come visit them. Not going to happen.
I had a MBP 2011 which was the most upgrade-able unit I've had; 16GB of RAM with a SATA SSD drive. In what would eventually become the most expensive cup of coffee in my lifetime, I saw the trend Apple was going with eveything soldered on-board, and that "building" a new unit online Apple's store was nothing more than a front-end experence to a back-end motherboard SKU filter - containing all the permutative options. Yeah, no, fuck that. I instead purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude for about 300 bucks and migrated my RAM and SSD over to it. It's a Core i5 running Windows 10. Works like a champ, and I could give two-fucks when I throw it to the ground. Life is good:)
The only sensible move is to not be sensible. It's a proven strategy that's worked to throw the MSM into a tailspin. It's allowing Trump to push through his agenda, despite the monumental resistance by both the Democrats and their Deep State operatives.
Intelligent management...as in communism, responsible for over 100 millions deaths globally? How about fascism, where the Nazi party as "intelligent management" - you don't march across Europe without at least some intelligent management?
There's nothing inherently good or evil about order or chaos. They're two different axis. For example: you can have evil order, benign order, evil chaos, and benign chaos. Chaos is merely an agent of change. That's it! And depending on the state of society, it may be welcomed, or might not be.

broken window fallacy.
The ever-lasting wind bag. Oh, what bagpipes she could be!
In fact, they do. It's called the EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer); and it's paid for by people like you and I, the tax payer.

I think the phrase "hoist with his own petard" is applicable in this case.
