Yes. If you've worked in a company that gradually fired locals to replace them with H1-B employees, you'll see how capable the replacements actually are -- no communication skills, no diagnostic skills, just a frightened willingness to work long hours.

None of which matters if you're only running a support shop. The delta difference between what they're paid and what the company charges for their labor = PROFIT! I doesn't matter if it's sustainable. Close shop, open a new one under a different name. Lather, rinse, repeat.

A broken trust must be mended; and that's really what this is about so they can go on an further their career and have a potentially normal life again.

Pretty much. America was the last bastion of freedom and liberty in the world. It was a slow erosion long before I was born, and 911 patriot act was the final nail in the coffin that made it official.

I've tried to play all the hypothetical scenarios through my head regarding who would be president and at what time. It didn't make a difference. As I've gotten older I've became more cynical to the truth. Simply put, man is destined to ruin and greatness time after time; it's cyclical. For the next 10,000+ years (assuming the human race still exists as we know it), it will be same shit different day. War, conquest, power: it's what defines being human.
