Yes, it is a "true" crash. The application shuts down shortly after starting and Windows XP aks you to submit a error report to MS website. If you submit the report, a webpage opens up advising you to contact Cerulean Studios.
I forget the Latin for it, but ever heard of the word, "Revenge" ? Think of a network admin or an ISP who lost business because of being wrongly blocked.
You don't want to block e-mail from Nigeria? Fine. Don't use nigeria.blackholes.us. You don't like SPEWS listing criteria? Don't use them.
How can you decide if others want to receive email form Nigeria or not? If you are running a private server for yourself, then fine, do whatever, nobody cares.

you can pre-emptively shut the fuck up. You're an asshat. UNINFORMED, LOWLIFE HUMANITY THAT YOU LIVE WITH. shove it straight up your ass.
I think I have proved my argument:-)
Spare me the anti-US rhetoric about my country always being a bunch of bullies and the rest of the world a bunch of well-meaning space teletubbies.
You don't seem to read posts too well. I never said anything about US being bullish and rest of the world "teletubbies" (whatever that means).
What I said was the general mentality of most people in the US that what they do is just and right, and rest of the world is war hungry, terrorist, etc.
Add to that the fact that India is doing this at a fraction of the cost compared to US. As someone mentioned, the project will cost less than the it cost to make Titanic (the movie).
The damage this far less advanced/far less populous neighbor is causing India is far more that what could fit in your little pea brain.
Sorry for being a troll, but I can't stand such uninformed statements (and of course I am from India).
The main resource that space missions use up is money. Of course this money would be much better spent on education, health and infrastructure.
But it also uses up a lot of manpower which India has plenty. Without the space programme some of the brightest minds would leave for US anyways.
Also, the Indian space programme plans to bring in money from other countries (like the European Space Agency). Already ISRO has launched quite a few satellites for other countries. India is developing its space program at a fraction of the cost US is investing in it. So India is in a position to provide such services to other countries at lower rates.

a 686/1 or Sextium or something.
or perhaps a hexium.
Planet Earth to Planet US> Welcome to Earth!
I bet these "today's kids" will be saying the same thing to their kids.
then choose the ISP which provides filtering that best meets your needs.
Hmmm... which ISP lets the customer choose blacklists they use to block email? Heck, most of them don't even disclose the black lists used by them!

This is bull. relays.Osirusoft.com blocks on its own too. eg. They block IPs listed on Spamsites.org which no one else blocks.
These are the results I see now:

Why do you have to measure everything in terms of $s?
If you are an Indian, I am sure you are not living here.

US makes technology advancements = benefit of humanity
Other country does the same = War/Terrorism
Quite simple actually!
