From my reading the conventional rocket took the scramjet to 530 km and then the scramjet fired up on the way down, you have to assume somewhere much closer to the earth where oxygen is available

BTW, Moore's Law ain't a fundamental law of nature, it ain't like gravity, it's just some guys estimation on how a certain aspect of a certain technology will progress, x will double every y years, substiture for x and y and you can apply it anywhere. Someone else above also said that if you upload an album you get 2 free as credit, or something like that. So this would mean they are receiving uploads from people and then onselling the music. This is definately not legal in the west.
