    these are all features of a good pbx, not whatever trunk flavor is being used. going by feature set, Televantage kicks asterisk's ass, but of course its not free. any good PBX can take whatever trunks you have and give you great feature set.so yeah, it kinda does come down to trunk/line costs. voip can save money for small businesses who make lots of international calls, but mostly its great for tieing together offices in different states.

    millions of cars switching to electricity would have a tremendous impact on the current electric plants. in fact, there would have to be one on every block to support the kind of transfer of power source you are talking about. so much for switching the emissions to NIMBY. thinking the current system could support that massive switchover is just silly. the northeast was taken down by a tree limb. what happens when everybody's car depends on it ?

    then why did you buy into the technology before it was mature ? not trolling; I understand what you are saying, but by the time 64bit apps become normal, your going to want to upgrade to a faster 64 bit chip anyway. those of us that have a little more patience take the savings to the bank.

    if they had made all your favorite settings the default, someone else would be complaining. i just dont see the problem. its like complaining about the default screen resolution of your operating system. i mean really, your just whining. its not like they left the features you listed OUT, they just didnt make them default. and then, you can always run Mozilla. if it is so nice now, then three years from now it will still be your oh so wonderful mozilla with all the features you like. so WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? YOU dont have final say on the shipping product ? gimme a break. not to mention that the acceptance rate is based on IE users switching, not Mozilla users, of which there are statistically ZERO. well, almost zero.
