This is a call the the field of AI and supercomputers. Let me explain:
A computer is fast and super computers are faster.
Computers know nothing until you tell them.
AI aims to (and in many cases does) change this so that a computer can 'learn' and make decisions like humans do.
Therefor using an AI enable super computer one could accomplish anything a human could but much faster. Math is simple. 1/2=0.5 anyone can do it and a computer is slightly faster at it. But what about less linear situations. Here the computer is clueless and a human can solve the problem faster, if at all. This changes only when computer can act like humans.
If we apply this to the porn problem then we might just see a solution that doesn't harm the rest of the internet.

Just find the google cache OR if pictures/files are needed find the foriegn version of the site. The de extension seems to be really good for downloads. Another idea would be to setup your own web server which had a form so that you could give it the URL of the site you wanted and it would then dl everything and serve it up under http://yourip/website_ext/
Something like this would require replacing all the hyperlinks but that's not too difficult.

Let's see here, say 5 million U.S. file swappers (probably more but who really knows) and if they all drag it out in court we we see atleast 2 days per person and then say we use 5 judges in each state (is that possible, 250 lawyers each side and then the judges and juries) so that's 175 cases a day and say 5 days a week so... we'll all be dead before this is through.

So this assumes that everyone that has cable is breaking the law and so they must pay. So does this mean that if I'm already guilty of the crime I might as well do it, what about innocence before guilt? Does this seam backwards to anyone else?
