As a gamer who always buys graphics cards, I don't want my CPU to cost more and have die space wasted with GPU that I will never use.
An Athlon X4 860K will ~be the A10 7850K without integrated graphics.
You'll save quite a bit of money that way which you can put a better graphics card instead.
That processor is pretty shitty for modern titles and won't stretch all that well though, Intel alternative would be Pentium G3258 but that's not the best either, better up would be i3 and FX-6300, better up low-end i5 and FX-8300-series, and then Intel will have you covered with higher end i5 chips and i7 when you want even more performance.
I've sadly used my desktop with various old Athlon chips rather than fix my Macbook Pro for so many years, worse performance, higher cost, poorer experience =P
I use Windows 10 now on a Phenom 9850 and my sleep doesn't work any longer, worked with 8.1 but with Windows 10 most of them times the machine can't be brought to life again.
Awesome (may be due to USB gaming controllers, I don't know.)

They aren't as similar as you think they are.
An FX-8350/70 cost about the same as an i5 4460, former is 8 core later is 4 core.
For gaming the later is kinda more capable, even if you throw in another 40% IPC on top you will have to compare to the i5 6600K and the i7 6700K too.
And then there's the Broadwell-E chips coming up with 6, 8 and 10 cores. Assume the Zen for normal consumers will be 8 core it likely can't really compete with Broadwell-E there, but it likely won't in price either, at-least not the 10 core chips which will likely start at $1000, at-least, and be for an expensive X99 motherboard.

And the 25-30 year old Afghan men who claim to be teens are put into care homes with possibly some actual children and other men and are treated like children because they have lied their way into the country.

My impression though is that the key can be regenerated in the hardware you've got so the company behind the product don't have the key from manufacturing it at least.
Now when I read something which explained how it supposedly worked that one mentioned comparing two hashes (one made earlier and one generated by the password you entered) to see if they matched and if so decrypted the key for decryption and copied it to the right place. Since that can be done I wonder if how it's decrypted is known / sits in the hardware or (as I guess it would had been preferred to happen) the hash of the password was used to generate the decryption key for the actual media key. In the later case I guess it may not be possible to actually get the correct key out of it without getting the correct password and if they don't have that..
The advantage over software encryption would be what risk having something done in software (running on the same processor and in the same RAM as other things) would introduce and also if there was any performance hit, but maybe there is none with current processors supporting AES? Please tell.
As always, it wasn't the crypto which was broken -- just the lousy method it was applied.
So I should just know that and expect that at all times?

Even if they can break it the best protection may be that they will not want to reveal that (for the possible offence.)
