  1. Yes but demand from where? Right now the MS datacenters in UK also serve data to EU users outside UK. Do you think they will build the next datacenter to server EU users in UK, if it will be more expensive

    When that is said: No I don't think that importing computer hardware will be more expensive after Brexit. The British goverment can't be that stupid.

    Multiplayer which uses Steam is obviously offline.

    But anything which relay on Steam's DRM should really be working. Just hit the "Work offline" button and play.

    Hu? All my games on steam still work perfectly in offline mode. Playing factorio on Linux right now in fact :)

    I would argue that both Android* and Gwt count as rather good Google products.

    *Yes I know Google bought Android, but it was Google who took the product from a 1.0 to the current release.

    What? That makes no sense.

    The truth is that there is always more bandwidth then content. When I want to download something from the internet, the data is delivered to my computer at the speed of my internet connection(50mbit/sec) so there really is no need to prioritization anything.

    And if there is not enough bandwidth, the solution is for my isp to buy more hardware to get more bandwidth.

    They are not paying it back to EU. They are paying it back to Ireland.

    Eu don't collect business taxes, and I don't think any companies pays tax to EU.

    They are talking about the flow of data, between the PowerPC cpu and the nVidia graphics card. It's fast because they are using a special nVidia link, but I don't really think this matters a lot in most use cases.

    Btw: The cheepest version comes with 2 cpus each with 8 cores, and cost over 9000$.

    But if you could attach your own OnClick method to the button, only one method can be called when the user click on the button, which would be a huge problem for many gui objects.

    Wow that stat is bad. American guys/girls really need to learn to use a condom.

    And the effective solution, is just to use a condom, and the pill together. If used correct this combination should land you below 1%/year unwanted pregnancy.

    They do: There are almost no Pokemons available while driving. You can collect far more pokemons when walking(Which sucks, because I take the train to work every day, but I almost newer see a single pokeon in my 30 minutes comute).

    Also: He was changing batteries in his phone. Which seems even more dangerous then playing pokemon

    True, but the problem was that lot's of people was playing the game outside of North America, even before it was released outside North America. So the longer they waited with world release, the larger the difference in level/skill would be between players who know how to sideload the app, and those who did not and thus had to wait for the official release.

    But they still scaled better then twitter(Look at the issues twitter has had with scaling, and Nianic had to scale from 9M users, to larger then twitter in a few weeks.

    Well, true there have been some extreme server problems due to load. The worst one is when you can take the opponent down to 1 hp, but newer kill it.

    But in a normal battle without lag, a vaporeon can kill a Flareon with twice the cp. And that is without doing any dodging.

    There is a real shortage of qualified software developers, but there is far less of a shortage of the rest of it, such as support and system installation(Linux/Windows sysadmins).

  21. But that's because you got your entire system system backwards. In any sane country most members of the police would newer(Not even once) have people shooting at them in their entire 40 year carrier.

    Just for the fun: Try to look up police shootings in Germany or Denmark.

    Developers working in different locations on different projects for different customers sounds like the definition of multiple teams to me.

    True. Any effective government will always be powerful enough to take anything I have. But that is not at all the same as "The government does take all i have".
