EXACTLY my thoughts. For not much more what they paid for their iPod, they can get a functional computer that not only JUST WORKS, but also looks way cool on their desktop - a fitting throne for their iPod.

Napster wins here in the latest marketing game of 'can you top this'. Of course they need all the pub they can get before the Super Bowl and iTMS/Pepsi deal takes over the airwaves.
Want to come up with a real moneymaker? Make a Wi-Fi shower stereo. To me that's really where the power lies in making music asccessible...making it accessible where you sing like a dying cat!

One big change for Panther Server will be its support for the G5. Mac OS X Jaguar Server does not support the G5 and (Apple's director of Server Software, Tom) Goguen confirmed that Apple would not upgrade Jaguar Server to support the G5 in the future.
Go with Fire, it's built off GPL libraries (jabber, firetalk, libicq2000, libmsn, libyahoo) and AIM connectivity is available thru TOC or OSCAR. My dock thanks these guys.
