"...poorly constructed 3D women with frightening facial features played brief animated sequences while you took pictures before the time limit ran out."
If you didn't like Diablo, D2 didn't bring anything new to the table.
I'm certainly no Diablo 2 fanboy, but I have to say that that sentance is way off-base.
One of the things I disliked MOST about the orignal Diablo was that you never WENT anywhere other than Tristram. Sure, you went below Tristram, but what about the forest? What's past that river? What's over there? What's that way? In terms of setting, the game sucked.
When Diablo 2 came along, all of that changed, and I sat down at that table and ate like a pig.:)
Actually, what they said pre-release was that the boards would be read-only after release. If you wanted to post you'd have to subscribe to the game.
It wasn't until after the game was released that they made the boards completely closed to non-players.
Is there anyone that thinks $6 is a fair price to pay for an Atari 2600 game? Not me. Hell, there are (MANY) students who could program the same games in an afternoon--FOR A 6 PACK! Come on guys. That's ridiculous.
I can buy Homeworld for 10 bucks. Who the HELL are you KIDDING?
Quark's website lists the following as one of the new features:
Multiple Undos.
Multiple Undos. Hello. It's 2003 and we just added multiple undos.
Did any of you actually make the Quark upgrade from 4 to 5? IMO, the *worst* "upgrade" since Kings Quest VI (and yes, I think that's a fair comparison). The just *didn't* code in multiple undos. I guess it just wasn't a high enough priority (Nor was OS X compatibilty, or image support other than TIFF, EPS and PDF (Why PDF?), or in-line image support, or automatic column separator lines, or... stop me now, please.)
The fact is that anyone who used InDesign for longer than two weeks would burn every copy of Quark Xpress they owned and never look back.

Is there some sort of light source on the pill? How can the pics turn out with no light?
Heh, yeah I did the exact same thing. And for some reason that baffles me, I thought it was refering to "Dr. Phil".
Does anyone *really* care? I mean, really.
Maybe their marketing people should play more games... The original Turok looked more bloody than this does.
Traitor.
Nice spoiler, a******.
