I'm interested to see how close the "World is/is not flat" vote is. After that, the "Witches do/do not exist" will be another barn-burner. Hooray for progress!
Get your facts straight. It does play all Xbox games, games AREN'T 60 dollars (They're 50, just like now) and there are no HD DVD's on store shelves yet to play anyway.
Why oh why should it take 254 pages to explain what the book title does in 6 words (5 and a letter)? If my mom (or yours for that matter, heh) asks for advice, I tell them where to get a good browser, they install it, and they run it. End of story. No need to spend twenty bucks and read a novel to figure it out.
Consider also the fact that today's young (and soon-to-be) voters express a resounding sense of empathy when it comes to privacy matters. Evidently, simple principle isn't enough to motivate anymore.
Today's average voter: "Hmm, I don't really think I like what either the democrat or the republican are saying... but I have to choose between the two! I'll vote for the guy who drank the most beer."

Well then what's the big deal? Joe-AOL downloads a.rar file, but can't open it (and expose the nasty files) because he doesn't have WinRAR. This is a security risk HOW?
When looking at a brochure-style website dealing with services or products, count how many times the word "solution" is used. The higher the number, the more full of crap they are. The all-time record is held by ibm.com.

It's now time for our animator, the exact twin of David Silverman, to perform his magic and give form to the concept...
[Silverman draws a standard dog]
Myers: No, no, no! He was supposed to have attitude. Silverman: Um... wh-what do you mean, exactly?
Myers: Oh, you know, attitude, attitude! Uh... sunglasses!
Lady: Could we put him in more of a "hip-hop" context?
Krusty: Forget context, he's gotta be a surfer. Give me a nice
shmear of surfer.
Lady: I feel we should Rasta-fy him by... 10 percent or so.
[the resulting dog is rather... proactive]
[all stare at it w/o any expression]
Myers: Hmm... I think he needs a little more attitude.
[Silverman blackens in Poochie's sunglasses] All Three: [variously] Oh, yeah, bingo. Yeah, that's it! There it is,
right there! I love it!
I grew up the town over from Herndon, and these speed-trap lights have been in use there for 20 years at least. Far back as I can remember. It's not just on Herndon Parkway, it's on other roads in town too. Herndon is notorious for pillaging the pocketbooks of its drivers.
OK, the article says that it's got 1mbps symmetrical, which is huge. But, what kind of latency will we be talking about here? After all, that's what really matters in games. Any new subscribers/beta testers want to pipe up?
Holy shit. I remember that article, but re-reading it now... wow.

The quality of politicians often mirrors the majority of the voting population.

It's already been done, they called it Chromehounds.

"Does this mean the end for Fireworks and Freehand?"
God I hope so. What steaming piles.

.rar files can be self-extracting like zip files, so they pose the same security risk. I can't belive that nobody's exploited this until now.
Should we be like robots?

I think we've got that part covered...
Very true. I find it hilarious that I got modded as flamebait -- we speak nothing but truth.

The Hammock District was part of Cypress Creek, not Springfield.
