    The full Windows API to Deleveloper. Yes even the infamous undocumented API and make it easier for 3rd party deleveloper to create a apps that take advantage of the FULL capality of windows. This would be a worse punishment for Microsoft than a break up in my opinion.

    Training has been given. When the first person left the hit was not that hard. We hurted for about three weeks.
    Now we have one the Main guys left who had the training. He knew alot since I do not work full time (I am in school)
    I did not get training. I have a good idea on what is going on but I can not commit myself to there nothing more than few
    hours a weeks. The new guy they got to replace him will have to be trained. He did take classes but he still needs to be
    trained in all other aspects of the job. Only time will tell if he will fit in. But the company did not plan ahead for such
    events. When I finish college there is a good chance I will leave. The main issue problem was not only training but
    compensation, always having a backup plan if someone goes. Train your guys pay them well and most will stay.

    The idea has been around for way over 30 years. Some of the reasons it never caught on were
    1) no industry standard
    2) Price
    3) My friend does not have so what is the use
    4) People just want to talk not look at each other

    I am not saying that the Video will not become main stream someday but I do not see it happening any time soon because of the history of concept.

    Your information is already tracked by companies like Experian. Who in turn sell your name and profile for a mailing list(snail mail). They profile your name base off your income,age,sex,religion,buying habits ...etc. I understand why people are getting upset about the web bugs there is no way for you to get off the list. At least Experian and other list brokers you could call them up to get your name off thier list. There is no way you can do this with the other companies.

    Most people want Instant Gratification and Microsoft is betting on this. How many people lease cars instead of buying them? My only concern I fear that people will be tricked into buying a subscription when they thought it was a full blown copy. If this is not handled the right right way Microsoft will get in trouble for this.

    This allows microsoft to even further lock in thier customers in thier products.The real issue
    will be what methods will they use in order to set the date at which the suscription ends we all
    the setting the clock back trick. SO would it require the customer to dial up the internet or
    even better yet for them to dial up directly to them. What kind of backdoors will this introduce
    into office. Could you imagine if someone found out how to stop Office from working (Well when it
    works) and say that you owe M$ money. But the scary thing to me is that now Microsoft could
    hold you "data" and computer hostage. But also is was your choice to get in that contract with M$
    You made your bed now you have to lay in it.
