And don't forget that according to this link, there is also going to be a 40GB for around $499!

What is absolutely unbelievable to me is that investors are accepting and banking on SCO's FUD tactic. Check out SCO's stock. And now with this announcement if the trend continues, investors may lean even more towards SCO (although, I am not sure why). Unbelievably insane.

For those of you with ADD, let me sum the article up with the following chosen quote.

    "Me: I installed Linux.

    Judge: Judgment for the plaintiff."

It isn't everyday you get to see those two statements so close together! Very interesting (and long) article that details a process that personally, I wouldn't want to go through.

I don't think the process is the point of the article, however. ;)

Ok, I didn't feel like copy and pasting the link from the above comment everytime I wanted to go to the site so I translated it.

The above post refers to this site.

Both articles point to the official DARPA CTS site ... the only difference is one points to the FAQ instead of the main site.

    Perhaps as a (small) deterrent?

Or how about this ... if you are caught spamming and they do have enough evidence they can prosecute. They won't prosecute everything and maybe they won't even prosecute a lot. But if someone is caught they have a law for it.

Not everyone who breaks the speed limit is caught ... but I bet you hit the brakes whenever you see a cop with radar setup.
