What is absolutely unbelievable to me is that investors are accepting and banking on SCO's FUD tactic. Check out SCO's stock. And now with this announcement if the trend continues, investors may lean even more towards SCO (although, I am not sure why). Unbelievably insane.

It isn't everyday you get to see those two statements so close together! Very interesting (and long) article that details a process that personally, I wouldn't want to go through.

I am looking at Senator Ron Wyden's website right now and I don't see anything mentioning this possible bill. Hmmmm. Does anyone have a link to a.gov version of this so called bill?
Or how about this... if you are caught spamming and they do have enough evidence they can prosecute. They won't prosecute everything and maybe they won't even prosecute a lot. But if someone is caught they have a law for it.
Not everyone who breaks the speed limit is caught... but I bet you hit the brakes whenever you see a cop with radar setup.
And don't forget that according to this link, there is also going to be a 40GB for around $499!
