Actually, it is not censorship. First, the dictionary does say censorship is by a government, so it is correct to say this is not censorship since it is by a private company. Besides, the context of the conversation influences the meaning of a term. The conversation included reference to Pakistan (i.e. the government of Pakistan) censoring by blocking youtube. To use the term censorship to refer to both the Pakistan action (official government, therefore censorship) and action by a private company equates Network Solution's act with that of the Pakistani government, which is not correct given that Network Solutions and any other private company has a right to decide what content they serve. Thus, in this conversation, the term censorship should not be applied to Network Solutions' acts.
This is not censorship because Network Solutions is a private company that can choose what content it wants to serve. If the government banned the film from production or release, then that could arguably called censorship.
It is ironic that the people crying censorship in the name of freedom want to take away Network Solution's freedom to choose what it serves on its machines.
The 5th amendment will NOT protect you because it can only be asserted to prevent the government from compelling you to testify against yourself in court. The government can compel you to produce evidence, which the 5th amendment does not protect against.
Unfortunately, the way they monitor traffic congestion is to send out a bunch of people to go see what the traffic congestion is, thereby adding to the traffic congestion.:)
Variety should have copyrighted their court papers and their evidence and licensed only the judge/jury to view them without allowing distribution. Then when the RIAA tries to get a copy, sue them for copyright infringement!

And what's up with the tackling every guy by the cop, even the ones who surrender? Does NBC host the show Big Brother? Because these jackasses seem to be helping bypass civil liberties by unlawfully spying on everyone and inducing them to commit and confess to stuff that is probably not even illegal, or that they would not have done/followed through on, but for the shows.
Why is it called "Blackle" instead of "Blaggle" or "Bloogle"? Blackle sounds like the name of a Rice Krispies dude. Snap, Blackle and Pop. I can hear my Google now.
