    I thought the problem with javascript was it was weakly typed , dynamic and not typesafe so it was very hard to maintain a really large javascript project. I thought coffeescript would be something more like java so that it was easier to write maintainable code.

    According to this http://monotouch.net/Documentation/Debugging There is virtually no debugging support for developing C# application on MAC OS X. No breakpoints and only Console.Writelines !!!!

    Most airline employees can refuse to check you in if you donot have an ID. What good does not showing an ID to a TSA employee do unless you lose your ID between checkin and boarding ?

    You can integrate tightly with desktop emails. But most web based solution do pretty good virus scan and pretty good junk filtering.

    Lets pick another example of lets say openoffice

    Give an option of picking during install

    [_] View Menu

    [_] Tools Menu

    Its all very easy to do in practice but no company wants to deal with customer complaints / bug reports when there a zillion permutations of said software
