I'm curious what your opinion is on the "moral correctness" of companies who manufacturer hard disks, since "it's highly likely" that some illegally obtained data will be stored on said disks? How about the "moral correctness" of data encryption?
I believe the target demographic for this film would be those of us who saw the original as children, and now have geek offspring of our own to take to the theaters.

In a small Indiana public school, our Middle School "Computer Lab" consisted of 6 Commodore PETs, While I used an Amiga at home. In High School we didn't even have a Lab... typing classes actualy used typewriters!
Anyway I'm glad to see this so maybe my child will get to use a real computer with a real OS other than at gome.
Although I can obtain Symantec's products gratis from Indiana University, I haven't used it in about 4 years. I have yet to see any malware that NAV will successfully remove.
My Windows machines (as well as any that I'm asked to repair) all run ClamWin http://www.clamwin.com/. It's every bit as good, and GPL'd too!
My wife is a cellular tech, and she's just as comfotable with technology as I am, if not more so. She uses our iPod more than I do, carries a Motorola SLVR, and can't wait to get a MacBook.
