    No, you are the customer. They provide Windows 10 for free to get the user base up, which increased app sales through their app store.

    Their point is that the iPad pro runs only a small subset of the software many creative folks need. Its direct competitor, however, has all you just stated and all the desktop software people use to be creative.

    I doubt that has anything to do with it - Frankfurt am Main is Germany's financial hub, which would explain why the NSA would like to have its "we only spy on terrorists, not financial stuffsz!111 honest!" located nearby. Microsoft is most likely there because of its location - as home to the aforementioned financial institutions, it has excellent connectivity.

    Speak for yourself. The massive amount of extra work for countless developers the world over says otherwise. The lack of apparent effects of Y2K were because there was a tonne of work done to make it that way. I guess if you weren't in the industry when this was happening you might not realise.

    I have never had a limit during my 20+ years of internet access. ISPs are doing something horribly wrong where you live. You might want to figure out why that is and fix that problem before letting that nonsense trickle down to the rest of the people.

    You seem to be confusing DNS with the IP stack, which is not surprising, as you clearly have no idea what you're doing. I mean, no one would purposefully spam the ever-loving shit out of a website they regularly use, expecting anything positive to come out of it.

    Hint: Browsers can make requests to IP addresses. You really should know this.
