This just in: Our Nation's cyber-fighting department outsourced security implementation to India. ...who just outsourced 90% to Afghanistan. ...who just hired on some guy who calls himself 'Ossy bin Laden'. ...who just finished a 3 month 'pong' marathon in a cave located in an area no-one's heard of. ...who uses a new personalized OS: Microsoft WindowsXPlode
"He had a weird smirk on his face when they told him he would be in charge of managing cyber-attacks. Upon further clarification, his smile turned to frown when it was revealed to him that he would not actually be creating worms, viruses, or organized DDoS attacks."

I was waiting 6 hours for this article to come up. After first break in my morning CompSci class, the instructor comes in and told me that a friend just e-mailed him about Ford switching to Linux.
"Yeay"
...and I suppose this means that all the illegal immigrants coming over to California for driver's licenses and free-lunches at community colleges will be the firsts to get e-Licensed? Woo-hoo, way to build up the economy!:/
So once the users are educated with a basic set of computing knowledge, and when only people that actually know what they are doing are using computers...what's going to happen to lovely tech support?
I was gone for an hour and had a ton of new spam in my inbox when I returned...and I found the most horrifying thing. You all remember the spam e-mails that were from a dude in Zimbabwe that had a couple mil for anyone interested? Well, I just got 2 pieces of spam that are from - err - his daughter.
So the answer to all of our spam troubles is this:
> rm -Rf/bin/Zimbabwe!
Forget Georgia...what about California? (BTW - Are we going to use the same system for the October recall? I'm not quite sure) I think it would be quite easy for some "high up" people with the monetary influence to do a little fiddling with the voting system....can you say "weighted recall vote"
1 vote for a Rep. = 1 vote for a Rep.
1 vote for a Third party = 2 votes for a Third Party
1 vote for a Dem. = 3 votes for a Dem.
A few votes for Davis = 100 votes for Davis...or not. Just something to think about.
So, if P2P development needs to move out from the U.S. in order to survive, does this mean that our SCO-based Linux developers need to depopulate the U.S. and move to non-applicable foreign countries as well?
Let's give a hand to Christopher Cox for being the powerhouse behind the bill!
So that means I can use pseudocode, right? #1 Google answer was: "Think about problem. Drink caffeine. Problem solved." :)

So now when I accidentaly use a magnetized screw-driver to replace components, I'll end up f'in up the memory as well as the hard-drive!! Yeay!!
Development of nuclear weapons can now be instilled in the hands of college students!! Go world peace!! :D
...then plummeted another 70% when investors realized 51% of the new technology was based on percents.
Ah, but would you have read the article had the title been something like "A little less 'boom' at supersonic speeds!" :D
Wow. What a genious. The guy just solved the global employment problem tech's have been facing. It's simple:
:)
1) rm -Rf the sarcastic remarks in this article.
2) Republish it to the mass public in a book entitled 'Fixing Computers for Dummies'.
3) Start an in-home PC repair corporation.
4) Retire.
