The point of morals are they are a basic foundation for right and wrong. Attacking somone without provokation is an example. I belive that doing something you agreed not to do (Even if it is not legally binding) is breaking a basic moral.
So there is no such thing as wrong? So when somebody breaks into your house tonight and takes your computer and you get out your baseball bat to stop them but they shoot you right between the eyes before you have a chance to swing there is nothing wrong with what the robber did?
Your point there is no such thing as wrong is so wrong in itself I can't belive you actually said it.
Why do you think the world has lost alot of its moral values? It's because retards like you think they aren't important. Morals ARE important and the reason the world is turning into a sh**hole is because more and more people are forgetting that fact.
You clearly aren't moral. They quite clearly ask you not to use it on non-apple systems, if you don't agree with it then don't buy it. It isn't like they are forcing you to buy it and then saying you can't use it on your system. YOU HAVE A CHOICE IN BUYING IT. Don't agree to what they want you to use it for then dont farking buy it. It is so simple......
I am not talking about legally, i am talking morally. They have made it perfectly clear they don't want people using their OS on non-apple systems. You are not being morally right using something they created against their wishes. It is a moral contract that when you buy OSX that you use it how they want you to use it. It is part of the use contract, this part of the contract may have no legal footing to stop you using it on your dell box but it doesnt make it any less wrong.
...because it's true (The content of the poem that is). I don't mind people playing around to see if they can get it running on their systems but when they go as far as the release the cracked versions with the intent to use them without even paying for it that is when it gets wrong.
Perhaps most crucial (and least sexy) is the long-overdue User Account Protection, which invokes administrator privileges as needed, such as during driver updates or software installations. UAP makes it much more convenient for users to operate Vista with limited rights (meaning the system won't let them do certain things, like load software, without clearance from an administrator). This in turn limits the ability of malware to hose your system.
You could do this already in XP but hopefully it works properly and is the compulsory default. Even going so far as to not allow 'admin' logins without changing a deeply nested option would be good so the stupid nubs who would still insist on loging in as admin would atleast find it a bit harder to hose their system.
... I would love one of these. Being able to scan pages and books anywhere with minimal fuss would be a dream come true for me. The only downfalls i can see are highish price and flimsy construction. Might wait a bit to see if there are any copy-cat products that do a better job.
Even without seeing the screenshots i can tell you that i care about the functionality/speed FIRST and the Looks Second. In my opinion KDE looks fine ATM they just need to refine it some more add some more interesting features and keep speeding it up.
So many places i know now are running blackberry and so many people i know have blackberry devices i think it will take a long time if it ever does occur for people to switch over to Windows SmartPhones.
Well i guess i am in the "kid" bracket (17), I didn't really make that clear. Out of the people who do play portable consoles they are all GBA(sp) and DS bar one. It is really quite funny, i catch public transport every day and go to a school of a couple of thousand and i know one person with a PSP. He went to some snobby private school and by the way he was pressing the buttons it was obvious he just had it out to show off. But the point is it makes me laugh how badly the psp is selling down here, well from what i have seen.
I Had a GBA and a GBA SP then i sold the SP and kept my GBA. I still play it. I will buy a DS probably at the same time i buy my revolution.
The point i was really trying to make in the first post is that i really don't see me or anyone else using the voice chat to any extent but no harm in adding these things i guess *shrug*...... This got really off topic and i dont know what im meant to be talking about:P
I am talking from my viewpoint of a South Australian. Here i don't know any adults who regularly play a Gameboy or PSP. So get your nickers out of a twist i wasn't making wild accusations i was talking from what i see around me.
It would be handy to be able to have a small chat to say hello etc before you battle then say good game afterwards but really i don't feel this will be used by many of the gamers or be any benifit to their sales. The target audience like the GB has always had is mainly going to be young kids. If i can remember back 5 years when i was really into pokemon etc we just wanted to battle and trade and i know we where limited to the crappy short link cable then but i cant imagine we would have been appart anyway.
I guess the times are changing, i know people who use picto chat just to talk in class. So i guess a similar principle could work for voice chat. But i know when i am versing someone on my DS i like to be face to face so the chat isnt going to do anything much for me.
Look, http://www.virginatlanticglobalflyer.com/Aircraft/ Introduction/index.jsp. It's not like it is any help whatsoever in researching/developing long distance passenger flights. It's a specially designed plane for one person and lots of fuel to make it able to fly long distances. It just proves he has money, not that he has any scientific merit.
I found the zelda series quite poorly made and quite lame really, i assume it didn't have much success due to the small amount of episodes produced. The games on the other hand bring back great memorys, i still play them (bar OoT and MM: I really dont like those two).
Yeah, In most public toilets i fear having to use the taps. The push down ones are generally better as you just have to bang them and then wash not having to worry about turning them off again. The door is also a concern, they open inwards due to a lack of forethought on what is more sanitary, i guess ergonomics are more important. So the need to pull them open is neccisary.
In town here though i know some secluded toilets that aren't signed and/or known about very much so i have the luxury of using very clean toilets when i need to.
I just found out that the chat on deviantart.com has uber problems on opera. I love idling on there, it apparently has something to do with opera javascript implementation not being able to work with the java/flash plugins properly. I guess i should stop idling on the chat so much but this is still a large backstep in my full move to opera.
It might have, but i didn't know about it. I used to use it all the time in 7.x then only a couple of times in 8 and a couple of times with the first 9 technical release. Just the article said it can now run more scrips from userscripts.org so i am assuming that it couldn't run many/them very well before ? I don't know, these are all assumptions from me. I will download this new release and give it a good run.
The implementation of userscripts.org is good. One of the things keeping me on firefox is the greasemonkey extension. Opera is really a better overall browser and now i feel it has everything i want in a browser.
I am not a huge BT user but when i do use it, it will be good not to need to install azureus just to download one file.

Well as the debarkle above illustrates i don't really approve of anything that goes against the "writers" wishes.

You bought it with the agreement you wouldn't use it on a non-apple system so you are not morally in the right.

Simple. If you don't like how they want you to use their product, don't buy it ...
This goes for anything you buy. Your DVD's, Your OS, anything.

Mockups are completely useless. I don't think i have ever seen a mockup that has the final product live up to it.
