    PlusNet is a subsidiary of BT, the ex state telecom monopoly. BT also operate the vast majority of ADSL infrastructure in the UK. BT Openworld, their other broadband brand name claim to be the largest UK ISP by number of subscribers.

    Where BT test on PlusNet then likely everything else BT will follow

    Not so much gun clubs, it should be the well regulated militia that people conveniently forget about from the first part of the sentence.

    BBC news on TV last night was quoting the same number of intercepts but out of a total of almost 1,000 rockets fired at them.

    That's only a 30% strike rate although I suppose the weasel wording of "fired at densely populated areas" allows them to fiddle the statistics to say whatever they want

    The jury wasn't issued any adverse instruction after Samsung pointed out that Apple, who knew they were going to sue, had been keeping emails for an even shorter period.

    When Samsung faced up to Apple on this in court and asked that the same Adverse Inference be applied to Apple, the whole thing was suddenly dropped.

    Perhaps reading all the filings instead of trolling with an irrelevant one would be more entertaining ?

    I work where I need to have a serial port to connect to instrumentation.

    Nowhere can I buy a laptop that has even one serial port so that I can take it to clients sites to do diagnostics.

    Give me a laptop with a serial port and I'll buy them by the dozen, for myself and for the other field engineers
