    In the UK.

    On the M1, M4, A6 Leicester - Loughborough, A30 Exter - Bodmin, M11, M5, M6, M42 when the roadworks are not there.

    It is up to you, there is a "quirks" mode and a "strict" mode. If the page designer specifieds a doctype opera redners to the standards presented in that doctype. If a designer is too stupid to know what a doctype is, Opera renders in quirks mode.

    Opera == Standards - the CTO of Opera was one of the main people responsible for the CSS2 Spec.

    The reason their is a Opera complaint icon at the bottom is for mutual benifit. In opera you can type "a searchterm" in the URL bar to search alltheweb directly, alltheweb repay the favour by linking to Opera. Also both companies are based in the same city.

    Or you could take the contract and outsource it yourself to India. Operate on a small margine around 5%-8% and you are sorted.

    Stella (brewed in the UK) is rather nice as larger goes but I'm a fan of local brewries and their specials. Hoegaarden is nice too.

    No I mean if you have one file and it's MD5 sum you can engineer another file to have the exact same MD5.

    The md5 hashing algorithm has been proven to contain flaws allowing two files to produce identical md5 sums.

    there is also plex86, which is quite nice if you want to emulate Linux/x86 but not much else works.

    Companies would submit their ads to online marketers, who would then use viruses to distribute the spam. If a company was caught they would blame the marketer even if they knew exactly what they were doing.

    That might be funny, but people do learn from virus attacks, the number of people caught out by lovebug was huge compared to the number of idiots who were caught by SoBig, personally I knew around 10-15 victims of lovebug but none of SoBig. Viruses do actually teach people something, they are a lot more effective than me telling them not to open executable attachments!
