    End the H1B program entirely, give all current holders and in-country re-applicants the option of temporary work visa or very fast track permanent resident so they can stay if they want to, but stop importing indentured servants.

    i am sure it would not be point and click VB.net simple as i describe, but working in some type of hardening code to partially protect the payload should help longevity, and you only want limited longevity, a nice bloom is desired, a global kill pandemic is not (unless the party engineering the virus is a human-extinction advocate)

    ordinary pathogens tend towards less lethal simply because killing off all available hosts is bad for business and will likely lead to extinction of the strain.

    however, engineered pathogens are not subject to such restrictions, modify a rhinovirus so that it also craps all over p53 and now you have a cancer causing cold.

    anthrax is a biological weapon in that it is a weapon of biological origin, however it's behavior and characteristics are much more similar to a chemical weapon.

    I'm guessing it's a sloppy network and there is little or no distinction between hospital and other company networks, automated scans are run on entire network address ranges.

    did you read TFA? he yelled at the customer and made him get the money out of there because he "doesn't want any trouble" before repairing the mechanism on it, then he later accepted future jobs from the customer.

    he demonstrated that he believed the money was ill gotten when he freaked out and yelled at the customer and made him take the money away before he finished repairing it.

    while repairing a stuck mechanism on one he got it open and found 800 grand inside, he continued to make compartments for this customer.

    it means for any given sized sensor, a higher percentage of the incoming photons are captured for analysis

    how this advantage is used it up to the engineers.

    it could be used to make sensors that are smaller and just as good as current sensors, or better quality out of the same sensors. because this improvement is in the signal/noise domain it will also allow for better high speed image capture.

    given how rapidly cell phones went from fancy business/luxury good to ubiquitous and most affordable option for connectivity available, the proof they do not cause cancer is the fact that brain cancer deaths have not shot up massively since 1998
