for my own home use i use MSE now, back when i was in college and had to connect to the campus network i did run NOD32 and it's damned good, but i can't justify spending money on antivirus when i haven't gotten a virus in years since i am somehow resistant to the urge to download and run OMGPONIESALSONAKEDLADIES.AVI.EXE

they are the minimum requirements, in order to be compliant with the ADA (which is the law under which you could be sued if your accommodations were inadequate) you have to do at least those amounts, it's minimum and not a set amount because a business can choose to have more instead, either because they cater to a population with more than average handicapped customers, or to simplify an expected increase in parking lot space (store opens with just the front lot completed with 500 spaces, expects the back lot to be done after the winter is over with another 250 spaces, builds initial lot to spec for 750 so changes are not needed when the back lot opens.

IIRC it can also support a usb mouse but I am not sure about that

the tablet and dock use the same connector so when you have them put together you plug in the dock and both the dock and tablet will charge

lastly the transformer keyboard dock physically locks well and is hinged, when mated the unit becomes a netbook, the tablet will not fall off if you carry it by the keyboard and the keyboard will not fall off if your carry it by the tablet
