    the regulation, applied to the scenario of blanket blocking of torrents would result in no fine for blocking illegal torrents, but every torrent blocked that was legal (linux ISO, Creative commons content, public domain content, any content otherwise licensed for free distribution would each be a seperate infraction of the regulation, thus the only sane thing for an ISP to do would be to block nothing unless mandated by court order or DMCA takedown to do so.

    my car is a 2003 ford, i just finished paying it off(bought used) and am now putting my car payments into a repair/replace fund, when that fund reaches $6000 i will buy a new car, when it reaches $0 i will buy another used car

    i have no idea if it's the same as the german one buy you can get all Fiesta and Focus are available in most trim levels with Manual, the Fusion the lower two have manual available, and the top trim has 6 speed Select Shift (Ford's paddle shifter), the mustang has 6 speed manual at all trim levels, only the new taurus is unavailable in manual, and at least the SHO also has 6 speed select shift.

    napster was designed for the purpose of infringing music copyrights, rapidshit, megaupload, etc. are generic file hosts like any free web site company, if you upload a blacklist file (checks by some hash function) it is instablocked, if a file gets a DMCA takedown it gets pulled.

    in order to find megaupload liable for infringement the court would be overturning the entire DMCA notice and take down system, and going back to hosts liable for user content. The entire internet industry would flip out over this and laws would be passed very quickly.

    because the voltage sensing circuits are pointed at the battery and power supply, typically there would be no reason to have one reading the internal electrical system.

    make it 10 x 100, 10 years control of distribution and 100 years control of non-algorithmic non-mechanical derivative works, protecting copyrighted characters and settings in fiction from being exploited for longer because a well known auther may very well continue writing about a group of characters for decades, non-algorithmic derivatives because technically converting from VHS to DVD or Blu ray is a derivative.
