    Of course, provider must strip QoS coming from common users (or at least limit the rate of QoS traffic).

    QoS should be reserved for emergency services, military, etc. I.e. provider should NOT strip QoS information on a connection from your local fire station.

    We have these priority mechanisms. It's called QoS.

    Unfortunately, it's not consistently deployed throughout the network. But it's certainly possible and feasible.

    1) Not completely true. Immune suppressed individuals can get recombinant vaccines and dead vaccines, since they can't cause the disease.

    Of course, vaccination of immune suppressed individuals is much less effective.

    MSR is awesome.

    However, Microsoft consistently fails to fully implement their ideas.

    For example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phoenix_(compiler_framework) was a great idea with huge possibilities. And it failed to materialize. While in the OpenSource world LLVM project is now widely used.

    Bullshit.

    It may be true for extremely large files, but is false for almost everything else.

    For example, VisualStudio has almost all advanced features of vim. Like clipboard ring, vertical blocks, bookmarks, automatic positioning, etc.

    First class is often about 10x more expensive than the economic class. But even with such huge increase first-class places are not even 5x bigger than the economic class ones.

    The problem is: there's virtually no middle ground.

    You either pay through your nose for the business-class seats or you have to fly in cattle-like economic class.

    Personally, I don't want champagne, I don't want caviar - I just want some additional leg and elbow space. I'll gladly pay 1.5x normal rate for it! But usually there's just no such choice :(

    Actually, there are plans to add ability to migrate 'My Documents' and Outlook mail during Ubuntu installation.

    Uhm...

    I personally know dozens of H1B workers who are now citizens of the USA. I also worked at a large company with offices all over the world and most of people who got H1B really wanted to stay in the USA.

    It's personal anecdotes, I know. But I can't find statistics for citizenship application rates.

    Nope. Most high-level H1B workers come to the USA aiming to stay there and get a citizenship. So in general they are not going to send a bulk of their salary back.

    Web clients are not always desirable/possible.

    Have you actually _tried_ to use Zimbra Desktop??? It's SLOW and leaks tons of memory.

    Outlook is so much much much nicer. Also, Outlook is VERY customizable, especially with the help of Outlook forms. That's also why it's so hard to write free connectors/emulators for Exchange.
